Hello, and welcome to this video this is Rajat here from Startup Frat kicking off the monsoon season of parliament here at the Startup Frat hangout the monsoon season of parliament here at Startup Frat hangout so what all does that mean every time we you know we go online for a couple of months we bring in a lot of case studies a lot of learning a lot of free training videos.
The theme for this particular season is going to be performance sales okay it’s going to be performance sales what does performance sales mean what does performance sales or performance marketing mean if you look at the industry in India whether it is entrepreneurs whether it is marketing people digital marketing people the sales person’s insurance sellers real estate brokers even salespeople within corporate you know like big companies and things like that.
The sculpture is scared to ask for money because it has been ingrained into a mind that when you ask for money you’re just taking something away from the customer right and that is the problem that I have taken on in this particular season for the next month or two what we’re going to do is we’re going to attack this problem and if you’re part of this community you stand to gain from it you’ll gain in terms of mindset you will gain in terms of tools and
Techniques you will gain in terms of it a domination mode where this will cease to be a problem for you, okay this will cease to be a problem for you and like I mentioned we have a lot of new case studies from the community people who have stretched above and beyond their limitations, whether their psychological limitations mindset limitations of you know from your background you know you’ve been bred a certain way which is hey this is how you have to you know
Live this is what you have to do you have to break through these limitations to keep pace with the new world and in addition to that other logistic limitations which prevent you from you know getting ahead and capturing your dreams that is it will be financial limitations logistic limitations etc lots of new stories lots of cool people to hang out with lots of new learning and we are going to have a gala time
So I just wanted to shoot this real quick video for you before we kick it off tomorrow onwards you’ll be seeing almost daily training from our side and a lot of snapshots from the academy community people who have been working with the Startup Frat team and they’ve been able to get phenomenal results and basically expanded what the imagination could think possible they’ve expanded you stretch the imagination of what you would think
