What Are The 3 Layers Of Lean Starup?

What Are The 3 Layers Of Lean Starup?

Hey there Rajat here from startup flight welcome to this video the wheels of time are turning again bringing you back to the same place yet another lockdown where the government says if you’re a small business owner if you have a business where your customers have to physically travel to come to you cannot operate your business because it’s dangerous at the same time construction activity can

Go on big buildings with hundreds of workers can absolutely be you know under construction because hey guess what who owns construction businesses is the politicians, yeah but you’re a small business owner you run a brick-and-mortar business you have a shop uh which faces the road or you know you have a shop that’s inside the mall your customers have to travel to come to your store you know then you are a danger

You’re a danger to society yeah so shut it down okay now if you’re a small business owner who’s sick and tired of being a punching bag every time the incompetence of society the incompetence of the health care system or the incompetence of government it’s your business for no rhyme or reason and for no fault of yours then you’re at the right place okay now what are we going to talk about

Today we’re going to talk about the lean startup we’re going to talk about the lean startup which has three layers which are message outreach and business house okay message outreach and business house okay message outreach and business house which is what are you showing to your customers are you a commodity business which is like a chemist or Kirana store clothing store or something like that

Where people come you know just because there is a discount just because it’s the season to go out and party so they want to buy some party apparel or something like that or it is based on some commodity need items like groceries and chemists and medical so things like that okay so either you’re that kind of store or you’re a kind of a highly specialized uh business where you attract certain kind of customers and you help them get certain kinds of

Results okay so if you have an architect’s uh office you know which could be in the market or whatever if you have a private practice if you have a travel agency if you have if you run a healthcare business not a chemist business if you run a healthcare business if you run a workshop like a yoga workshop or something any kind of small brick and mortar business were

Your customers come to you specifically because they recognize you they want to get a certain result in life or you know you’re a restaurant owner you know customers come to you because they want to eat a certain cuisine feel a certain way they like the ambiance they like the music or whatever okay then this video is for you know what happens if there are three layers in the kind of lean startup that we propose that you have and it’s very

Essential today that you have this kind of startup only why because it gives you a lot of options in life okay if the first option is that you can get your customers this outreach which is your continuous marketing effort even if you are listed on Zomato even if you’re listed on practice or any other directory service or if you’re doing your own marketing using you know using messaging using Facebook ads or putting in flyers into newspapers

Or something like that then this part is very important to you the outreach part okay the outreach part now what happens is the outreach which is the way you market to your customers is directly influenced by what kind of product line or business house you have okay let’s call it the product line and what we recommend in the Startup Frat model is that you have multiple product lines that are high-profit low

Profit etc and they’re good for different kinds of seasons okay they’re good for different kinds of seasons and this outreach which is what you say and how you reach out to your customers is going to directly determine how much business you get provided you have the right kind of product line okay let me give you an example there are two ways in which a brick and mortar business actually markets to their customers either they have a

The building or an office they have some employees they have a big board outside they may have some flyers in the newspaper they may be known in the local area they may have some banners in the local area saying hey if you need this you know to come to our place etc okay you have a building and employees or you have some kind of what I call an online building

And robots bots and algorithm okay you have an online building and what’s an algorithm by which you get this message out to the people and you know you get them attracted into your product or service okay now building employees could cost let us say rent of about 40 to 50 000 rupees and employees of you know even if you

Have two 20000 rupees each employee that’s another maybe 50 000 rupees so you’re talking about one lakh rupees or spend just to get your business going now if there’s a lockdown you still have to pay the lease and you still have to pay the employees okay that’s one lakh rupees going out of your pocket every single month all right and if you have an online building or bots or something like that it could cost you a fraction

Of that let us say maybe 10 to 20 000 rupees a month and it does the same job okay now choosing the right is very important choosing the correct format is very important if you’ve been in business for a while if you’ve been a restaurant owner who’s only done business through weekend promos through Facebook we have our partners who actually promote us and things like that then understanding this kind of model may be

A little difficult okay most small business owners that come into our community or buy our advisory services or come into our academy programs have this idea that I’m already doing Facebook ads I already have a Facebook page I already pay somebody to put some posts over there and all of that okay and that’s how we do business that is interesting that you have that it is great, okay but that’s not all that’s not all

All of these algorithms etc have to be fuelled so that they constantly attract customers and they constantly gauge the customer’s level of attraction of inter or interest and they have a predictable system of converting a certain percentage of those into paying customers within a predictable form of the predictable span of time okay predictable span of time most seasonal businesses like travel agencies

Most uh kind of uh what you call cyclical business restaurants which make most of their money from weekends from the weekends right, uh it’s different if you have some kind of an up restaurant which is kind of more commoditized and people come almost on a daily basis or if you are in an area which is a commercial area where more of the office staff is going to have their lunch and dinner over there then that’s different but

Most uh you know cuisine restaurant etc they make their business on the weekends most travel agencies they only make good money during the traveling season during the summer vacations etc right so they have given up the thinking to assume that is that this is the way I’ve always done business and this is the way it’s always going to be okay I’m here to tell you that’s not the case now if uh incidents like lockdown then all

Happen you know I get very excited because more kind of it’s an opportunity for me to tell the community the importance of having a demand generation system now what is the demand generation system if you do have this office and employees what do these employees do chances are that these employees either buy a list or buy a database from somewhere or they pick up the phone book or something

They call people, okay and you know they convince them to walk in or something and you know just take a look at your products and services at which point you may have a system where you kind of show them the different options offers discounts, etc and you’re able to get your orders, okay if you’re a restaurant then maybe what these uh folks do is they create posts they put it on Facebook so that you know the social media following stays

Hot and then you probably have ads and offers on the weekend which pull people over to you maybe you know you’re listed on Zomato and you know you have some special offers on the weekend which pull people over to your place okay now how does an uh an outreach program run online how does an outreach program run online you need to have an online building first okay what is an online building it is something which is your space

So when customers come inside that space okay you are showing them something and you’re gauging their interest it is your space when customers come inside your office you know they get to see your flavor they get to see your ambiance they probably get to listen to your type of music in the waiting room then they come and meet you know there’s a certain way in which you create an impression on a customer you need to have an online building these on

This online building could be something like a highly advanced responsive website okay with your own battery of cookies that are tracking the customer’s behaviour on your website okay uh it also needs to have a website or maybe you know some people use basic funnel pages uh or click funnels or whatever it is that is fine okay then you need to have your own cookie system

Which tracks the gradation of a person moving from one place to another then you need to have something called a traffic source is just like buying a list and having a 20 000 rupee employee call them to call that list 60 70 calls the day okay that’s another thing that I covered in my previous video so if you haven’t seen it you can just scroll down and see six-figure blueprint you’ll get the idea of what

I’m talking about when I’m talking about a predictable traffic system which at every point you know that if I pay this much money this many of people are gonna see my business okay and why do I talk about paying money is because you cannot earn traffic that’s another thing I discussed in my previous video just six-figure blueprint if you’re paying this employee 20 000 rupees a month

And they’re working approximately 200 200 hours a month then you’re basically paying them 100 rupees an hour okay you’re paying them 100 rupees an hour in that one hour if they make uh you know five or ten phone calls let us say in 10 hours which is in a thousand rupees they make 70 phone calls which is pretty much the human max, okay and they make 70 phone calls then you’re basically paying 15 rupees

Per phone call, you’re paying 15 rupees per phone call if only one in six or one in 10 phone calls results in somebody actually listening to you and showing some interest that’s 150 rupees per piece of interest now here’s the key difference a lot of traditional business owners assume that if you have a better person calling the customers or if they

Themselves being the owner of the business and highly uh adept at the products and services if they call a customer you know the conversion rate is going to be better and the answer is no it doesn’t matter what module you use to reach out to a customer for the first time okay it doesn’t matter what module you use to reach out to the customer for the first time the mental footprint that you put on the customer’s brain is the

Same regardless of who calls them intelligent person calls them pretty lady calls them, uh a good telecaller calls them manually or a robot calls them or they see something on Facebook and then you know click in or something like that okay it doesn’t matter the first time you ever reach a customer it doesn’t matter who does that as long as those impressions are gained now there are entire agencies okay the entire agencies who are

Specialized in getting first-time attention from customers okay and if you buy that first-time attention using these agencies then you will not be paying 150 rupees per impression okay, you’ll probably be paying one peos two pesos five pesos six pesos 15 pesos 20 pesos at the max maybe one rupee 100 times cheaper than wasting your own life’s time you have only this much time in life you

Have only this much time in the year and you have to get high-paying customers or a battery of low-paying customers at a predictable rate if you want to really sustain your business and really make money at the end of the day, we do business to make money we don’t do business to have a profile saying I’m a business owner I’m a travel agent I’m a restaurant owner oh but article market

But are slower you know after covered I have no money because all my money is tied up here my money is tied up there that is not real business, yeah you’re not you need to grow up okay now how to do this whole outreach program work you need to have your own system which could be your website funnel pages or whatever and you need a traffic source okay and then what you need is a feedback program which basically

Converts these customers into interest into desire and then desire into payments okay interest into desire and desire into payments does that mean that you as a business owner will not be involved in the business no you will be involved but at only the pivotal stages where you have to cut the check for one lakh rupees three lakh rupees five lakh rupees or whatever okay if your customers are averagely paying you about 10 000 rupees you personally actually

Don’t really need to be involved in the sale also your employee can do it your bots can do it your algorithms can do it your online videos can do it not to worry about that okay and then when the customers actually come in you got to calculate what is my cost of acquisition if it takes me 3000 rupees to acquire a paying customer who ends up spending 10 000 rupees

In my first product I’m clearly making a seven two hundred percent markup on my customer acquisition cost there is another thing called lifetime value lifetime customer value to lifetime value okay that means if you have a business house with multiple products and if you have a system where the customer buys one product of yours and then there is a thirty percent

Chance or twenty percent chance that they’re going to buy another product of yours you just spent three thousand rupees to acquire let us say a fifteen-thousand-rupee customer or a twenty-thousand-rupee customer depending on how many different products how many different forms of value you have okay which brings me to my original point why do I recommend people that you should have multiple products regardless

Whether their high profit or low profit is because even on the zero profit products as long as they are easy enough to buy and they create some value within that customer journey you can actually make a profit on them because your customer acquisition cost is zero you already have the customer okay that is the way every big business or every big billionaire in the world

Has become a billionaire, okay you look at Steve Jobs apple okay there is one device that they sell you and regardless of what device they sell you whether it’s the iPod or iPad or iPhone there is a guarantee that you’ll be buying all the other devices within a five-year period yes or no there’s a guarantee you can buy any apple device to start with there’s a guarantee that in the next five years you will be buying two or three of the

Other devices as well okay that’s number one look at amazon number two okay they sell different products which are made by different people throughout the world and all they are specialized in is I have specialized in I’ll find any product for you from all across the world and get it to your doorstep within 48 hours right now what is the average customer acquisition cost may be

Very high which means if a customer orders something worth 300 rupees all the way from Brazil Amazon will find a way to get it over to you and they won’t charge you much for it that means they’ll lose probably three thousand rupees on acquiring a customer, okay but once that customer is in the bag they’re always going to buy from amazon if normal household buys let us leave out grocery’s household

Items lights bulbs you know little things that you know even clothes there’s a high likelihood that they’ll be spending 70 to 80 percent of their money on amazon every year and that is about 20 to 40 000 rupees a month for 12 months yeah that’s two and a half to three lakh four lakh rupees per customer per year what is the customer acquisition cost one time yeah, I once ordered a pair of athletic shoes from

Us and they were costing about 3500 rupees and I char they charged me about 4200 they cost about 50 over there which is about 3500 rupees and I got them over here for a total cost about four thousand two hundred which means they charge over 700 rupees for shipping and everything okay it probably cost amazon much more than four thousand two hundred rupees to make sure they bought it from there and they delivered it to me including customs

Falana dimkana okay but they made sure it was with me and today I am an I’m an avid user of American products I’m an avid user of amazon in India and I buy everything from across the world only through amazon even if there is a store right next to my house, I don’t want to take the time to go downstairs and buy from them I’ll just place an order on amazon and these days amazon gives me same day delivery so if I buy something at nine o’clock in the morning it’s at

My house at two o’clock why would I need to go outside and that’s what amazon says why do you need to go outside yeah buy two and a half lakh three lakh rupees worth of products from us every year and we will make sure we deliver it to you within the same one hour two- or three-hour period okay so message outreach and business house today I want to talk about outreach because every time there’s a new

Lockdown I get even more energized and I bring this message back to you that you need to have an online building and online employees, okay and you need to have the system is not free a lot of people think that Facebook is free I put some posts on Facebook or something like that it’s not free it costs money but you need to have a system that turns that interest into customers into paying customers turns that interest into paying

Customers okay I want to tell you the story of our community member Sachin who actually has a travel agency, okay and in the middle of the lockdown he was wondering how to get customers when the lockdown opens I should set up a nice office so everybody knows I’m here the lockdown open towards June July which is also vacation season people are starting to travel and everything and he said you know I’ll probably have an office and some employees so I can improve my

Presentability to the outside world and that will give me business okay but based on our advice he chose not to do this but he chose how to do this, okay so he said okay we said okay save all this money save the one lakh rupee the month you’re gonna pay and we’ll show you how to get the customers he already had a very good offering online uh he had already had a very good offering in the market and he already had to pay customers but in order to supercharge it

And have people travel during such a trying time when people are actually scared to travel and things like that you know was it was very difficult but he went with this option he set up his online building his online bots and algorithms and today he’s consistently getting six-figure paying customers for his travel deals without having an office okay without having an office so

In the last video, I asked you if you would like to hang out with him just let me know in the comments box you know if you’d like to hang out with him just write let me in in the comments box and I’m going to arrange a meeting with you and him so that you can hear a story and even if you have any other

Brick and mortar business uh you know which is could be a restaurant, uh you know which could be a practice like an architect’s practice or something like that on the ground which is forced to shut down in the middle of the lockdown because hey the politicians can make money construction can go on but you are a threat to society if you’re running your business you know in the middle of the log now right so if

You’re sick and tired of that situation if you have a brick-and-mortar business you’d like to meet this person and understand how they were able to do it it’s all free there’s gonna be no fees for it yeah just type let me in in the comments box and I shall see you tomorrow bye.

How to Earn 6 Figure Income in 2 or 3 Months?

How to Earn 6 Figure Income in 2 or 3 Months?

Hi there this is Rajat from Startup Frat and today I have a very special video training for you in today’s video I’m gonna totally break down a one lakh rupee part-time paycheck for you okay one lakh rupee part-time paycheck for you which you can achieve in probably two to three months and this applies to you if you are a corporate professional if you’re a corporate professional who is realizing

You cannot trust your employer your superior your industry in order to you know just take care of your long-term financial health because they themselves are not able to take care of themselves if you are a certified professional like a doctor lawyer child accountant or architect who’s finding themselves lost in an ocean of other such highly qualified professionals you don’t feel so unique and special anymore right it

Feels like you’re constantly running after customers or if you are a small business owner who is sick and tired who’s sick and tired of being the punching bag or society of politics of you know our culture where every time there is a bund there is a lockdown there is some riot or something you are the first person who has to shut down their business you are the first person who has to shut down their business for no fault of yours and you’re sick and

Tired of being a punching bag yeah then this video could be for you in this training by the end of it you will basically learn exactly how billionaires think and exactly how you should think so that you can clear the cloud in your head you can clear all that fuzziness which keeps your dreams in the dream space yeah it never becomes a reality never becomes tangible never comes on paper yeah so by the end of this video you’ll be crystal clear

And I’m also going to share with you the real-life case study of somebody in our community who’s been able to achieve it, yeah and if you don’t believe me then you will be able to have a personal interaction with them where you can ask them your questions, they will walk you through their journey and probably you will get uh you know you’ll get a lot of inspiration and knowledge and how you can do it yourself because it’s easy when somebody has like you know somebody

Who’s you know like I’m the founder of this group it’s easy when I say it but when you see somebody who’s just like you who’s doing it right now and all of this success is broken down into little pieces that can be deconstructed and reconstructed by you then you know probably, you’ll be able to achieve these goals yourself in the period of next 60 to 90 days okay so having said that let us proceed the game is very simple in order to achieve in order to achieve

Let us say one lakh rupees of income I’m not saying a lot you could be earning much more if you’re a corporate professional working for an international company which earns in dollars and pounds and then pays your rupee salary chances or your income may be much higher than one lakh rupees a month but we use one lakh rupees a month as a kind of a marker because over when you start achieving that kind of revenue every month then you know your business

Or your future goals they start becoming a little more real yeah they start becoming a little more real below one lakh you know you’re still kind of playing around you know you’re boasting to your friend’s neighbors and saying oh I have a business which is making money but you know that business can never take the role of your full-time, uh you know the financial asset so how do we deconstruct a lack of rupees okay how do we deconstruct a lack

Of rupees a month okay now just for simplicity’s sake we’ll assume these people are not billing customers you’re not supplying to any one party they’re not going to repay you, again and again, there are lots of businesses in India which are supply side businesses which say I provide gear parts to tata motors they pay me 10 lakhs every month that is my business it’s not we’re not talking about those kinds of businesses because you may be

Lucky you have a 10 lakh rupee a month paying customer but if you have only one or two such customers then you basically in a job yeah you don’t have a lot of options I’m sorry to say that but I’ve been in that industry I’ve worked very hard in that industry and I’ve realized that okay now let us say you want to recreate a lack of rupees a month you know straight out of thin air what do you need what you need is a hundred customers you need to score a hundred

Customers paying you a thousand rupees every month okay it could be the same hundred customers like if you’re a Kirana you just need 100 customers paying you 1000 rupees every month to make a lack of rupees right but that’s uh you know that uh that business doesn’t have a whole lot of profit margin so let’s say you have 100 customers paying your thousand rupees every month that’s some kind of a

In the commoditized low-ticket business then you have an option where you could have 10 customers paying you 10 000 rupees every month or you could get 10 new customers every month and just the ticket size of every customer’s 10 000 rupees like the apple store, they know at an average if an apple owner walks into my store and buys

Literally, anything the average thing they will buy will be more than 10000 rupees so they just you know keep the customers coming back for more with added value-added devices you know added software and things like that’s how the Apple ecosystem works okay so let’s say you have an ecosystem where you’re able to consistently get easily get 10 people every month to pay you 10000 rupees okay or you could have a very high

Ticket business where you could get one customer one new customer every month and every time the customer pays it’s let’s say a lack of rupees okay it’s a lack of rupees five zeros okay now how do you get these customers assuming you already have a skill assuming you are a corporate professional you say I’m going to use my MBA skill my corporate skill

My business skill and I’m going to support small businesses in my area and I’ll give out my time and advisory on my services you know on an hourly basis and that’s how I’ll probably get them to pay me, okay you could be over here a corporate professional, uh or you could be a certified professional doctor lawyer chartered accountant you say I already have a practice I pretty much know if I work x amount of hours in a

The month you know I bill so much per hour broadly so that kind of makes me my money okay now I want to grow it by another lack of rupees let’s say or you’re a small business owner and you say either I have a product over here or I have a product over here maybe I could have some products over here and what I want to do is convert you know these customers into one lakh rupees a month okay now let us say you start from scratch

Your goal is one lakh rupees and you work at an average of about 200 hours a month okay you work at an average of about 200 hours a month that’s what the averages are broadly people work about 2000 hours in a year roughly about 200 hours or 180 hours in a month okay so now you want to earn in 200 hours you want to earn one lakh rupees let us say you have a cold start you have nothing going on you have a cold start you just start new okay

Now in order to support this customer assuming that you get the money some customer shows up and they say here’s the lag or you know to service me whatever your service product or whatever it is that you’re providing in order to make sure that the product reaches the customer or whatever it is or the service is delivered to the customer or the customer gets to achieve a certain result or you have to dedicate certainly

Number of hours and advisory or helping them out with their problem or whatever assuming it takes you 120 hours to service one lakh rupees it takes you 120 hours of actually working or organizing the work or organizing the labor to do the work, uh you know for 10 customers worth 10 000 each or one customer worth one lakh each let us say it takes you 120 hours okay this is your business house this is your operating cost right now we’re only talking time no money

Okay your operating cost is 120 hours that’s your operating cost okay now that leaves you 80 hours to go out and find this money okay to go out and find this money okay to go out and find this money now these 80 hours let us say you all allocate okay, I have 120 hours in which I can deliver delivered to 10 clients a value of 10000 rupees

Each product services or whatever or delivered to one person a value of one lakh rupees whatever it takes me about 80 hours to do that in a month, okay so this is like a full-time thing okay now that’s 120 hours, not 80 sorry 120 hours now 80 hours are left in order to find these people on autopilot mercilessly month after month after month after month after

Month yeah so you have to set up a system in order to spend these number of hours somehow so that you end up with 10 customers paying you 10000 each or one customer paying you one lakh rupees each a month okay so how do you spend these 80 hours there has to be an event okay event this event is called a sales event where you meet a certain number of people you made a sale you know you in a sales

The event you meet a certain number of people and they convert to either 10 people worth 10 000 each or one person worth one lakh each 100k okay now let us say you put a hundred prospects 100 interested prospects that give you 10 000 rupees each you know 10 will convert that’s 10-conversion rate so if you put 100

Prospects into the sales meeting 10 people show up on the other side and say yes, I’m ready to cut a check and they pay you 10 000 rupees each or you put 10 10 highly interested prospects who give you the one paying customer from which you collect one lakh rupees depending on what the ticket size of your operation is now what how what are the different ticket sizes you can charge that’s given

In our uh product master class it’s called startupfrat.club/product so if you don’t understand how you price all of these you know what is this guy talking about what can I sell for 10 grand what can I sell for one grand then just check out a product uh packaging master class which is Startupfrat the startupfrat.club/product okay but let’s just stay focused over here okay now you put 10 people in the sales

Meeting okay which you’ll probably be talking to the prospects etcetera and you expect one of them to pay you a lack of fees or you need a hundred people, uh you know who out of which 10 convert to pay you 10 000 rupees okay now for a hundred people to be interested in your product you will need to show your product to let us say worst case scenario about 1000 people which means 1 000 people in a very highly focused effort have to see

Within a limited period of time, what you do and you have to determine which hundred of them can I bring into this meeting okay which hundred of them am I going to invest my time with over here okay or in the case of this high ticket scenario for 10 good people to go into the sales meeting let us say you have to really put your message in a highly focused fashion in a limited time frame in front of 100 people

So that 10 of them are interested enough now that they come to the sales meeting okay now this is what a lot of I see a lot of people in India Indian entrepreneurs get wrong they have this hope and belief I had a great conversation with this guy at someday he was gonna give me a business I had a great conversation with this gal someday she’s gonna give me business it doesn’t work like that I need to have a system where a thousand people

You know get shown my message somehow and they say yes I want to meet okay then you do the sales meeting okay or I need 100 people consistently every month highly high-quality people who you know 10 of them say every month that yeah I want to meet you because I’m really interested I have a budget let’s say a lack of rupees and out of this 10 one of them pays you okay now we are operating over here very important

You’re operating over here okay now what you could do is you could actually find assuming you found a thousand interested prospects somewhere okay you could actually put your ad inside a newspaper get-go to the nearest newspaper vendor tell them Saturday Sunday I want this pamphlet in there so you know that on Saturday or

Sunday x number of people are going to open the newspaper the pamphlet is going to fall out five percent of them are going to be interested enough to call you or five percent of them are going to be interested enough to show some interest by reaching out to you or something like that okay now let us say you do get a thousand people a database of a thousand people a

Database of a thousand people, okay and you spend calling them at an average you can make about 70 calls per hour I’ve done a lot of this stuff so I know at the max you can do about 70 calls per hour and convert out of a thousand you can convert a hundred interested people okay that go into the sales meeting so that’s 70 calls per hour that means it’ll take you about 15 hours

Okay very important now pay very close attention it’s going to take you 15 hours to put 100 people into your sales meeting okay now if you’re a corporate professional certified professional small business owner you don’t currently have the system you need to create the system in order to have consistent cash flow, okay it’ll take you about 15 hours of

Your own time if you were to cold call these people and convert 100 interest and 100 people say yes I’m interested when can we talk in detail okay then you put them into the sales meeting now these 15 hours, okay these 15 hours are coming from your 80 hours over here these 15 hours are coming from your 80 hours over here so how much time do you have to close

The sale you have 80 minus 15 is about 65 hours to close this sale assuming that you don’t have any traveling to do in the covet time you could get people on a zoom call or something like that you know about 100 people in about 45 minutes sales calls each you need to have a sales call format dial to perfection for your industry and your customer type where you can run 100 people through

Sales call 45 minutes each and in the remaining 65 hours convert 10 of them to 10000 rupee customers okay to 10000 rupee customers what you could also do is you could spend because these are high-quality customers you could spend 45 minutes talking to all of them via WhatsApp doing the question answer etc getting them on the phone and things like that 45 minutes each over here in this high ticket scenario and that will use up

About 80 hours of your time to put them into one big sales meeting which could be a webinar it could be just a simple proposal if you send them a proposal if you speak to 100 people for 45 minutes each and send out so many proposals you will typically get a lack repaying customer assuming all other variables are dialed in okay or what you could do is you could speak to all of these people for 45 minutes each and get them

Into an extremely high uh high-end kind of a sales meeting like you have these proper seminars in uh you know in five-star hotels like how club Mahindra or somebody they invite you and your spouse to a nice dinner a show where they present you know all of these uh their whole travel arrangements and things like that right the whole club memberships and all it’s pretty high-end you go there you feel good and

Uh you know throughout this whole seminar that they have they do make you feel valued so that you know if you invest two-three lakh rupees in their membership you do feel that it’s of value to you and it’s adding value to you so that’s you know so it’s a pretty high-end kind of a sales call where you could you know these people speak to you for 30 40 50 minutes and your emails is a proper procedure so that when 100 people over here show up

They do end up closing lack rupee clients okay they do end up closing lac rupee clients now what we have is all of this stuff is your marketing cost, okay all of this stuff is your marketing cost so your operating cost is 120 hours let us say maybe one employee that services the customers or something like that okay maybe an employer may be somebody who just manages your office

Switches on the office every day clean it out you know maybe an office boy or something like that that maintains your office you provide the service yourself okay and then you have marketing cost which is 80 hours over here okay and then maybe you have somebody who does all the telecalls for you or something like that who does some pre-framing some database cleaning or something like that for you some back

Office guy who keeps the thing ship shape so you’re able to bound the calls to the right people convert them in sales meetings and things like that okay now in addition to that the cost of running this business is let us say an office worth 50 000 let us say one or two employees worth 20 000 and then 200 hours of your time uh every month so that you’re able to keep this thing ship shape and you

Collect a lakh rupees now your net profit on this whole business is about 30 percent and net profit on this whole business is about 30 percent now let’s go deeper into the math here so you make about 30 000 rupees by spending in 80 hours of actually promoting your business of being a salesperson for your business or your practice or whatever yeah now I know some of you guys are doctors lawyers child accountants some of you

Guys may be corporate professionals or small agencies and you might be like yeah we have ourselves listed on Practo we have ourselves listed on certain professional networks you know that’s where my business comes from and then I have references and existing customers pay me and all of that that is great if that is consistently giving you business and you’re happy with it you don’t want to expand further you never think about you know what is

If that I don’t know that’s not helping me scale further then that’s fine but if you do want to scale for then if you do want to be in 200 controls of your destiny if you want to be able to predict what’s going to happen 30 days from now 60 days from now and 90 days from now like a mathematical equation then just hear this out okay you just spent 80 hours of marketing to generate 30 000 rupees of profit you just spent 80 hours of marketing to

Spend 30 hours thousand rupees of profit so that means the return on your marketing time is three thousand by eight which is about 375 rupees per hour okay it’s about 375 rupees per hour now what if I told you that you could 10x this

10x this return by using something called cyborg marketing cyborg marketing what is cyborg marketing is you that’s you, okay ladies or gents, whatever and then you have something called an iron man robot suit which is like a robot this is like an iron man robot suit okay what you do is you shoot a video of yourself you shoot a video of yourself

And you put it over here so this becomes like your robotic avatar or something like that yeah like you had in that movie avatar so what you’ve done is you put your little video and put your little avatar inside this robot okay now this robot does everything that I just told you which is finding the people finding interested finding agencies which have the database buying that database calling that database themselves and putting all of

These interested people let us say in a high ticket situation putting about 10 interested people into this box which is a sales meeting and you were to spend only 10 hours converting them to a one lakh rupee customer okay now hear me out of the 200 hours that you had spent and 120 will require to service this particular customer out of the 80 hours what if I told you that you need to

Spend only 10 hours which is only 12 percent of what you were spending and you’ll still be able to get this result because the cyborg will be doing everything else for you it’ll be going out and finding the data for you it’ll be going and calling them it’ll be convincing them and bringing them into this one-hour sales meeting with you if you speak to 10 such prospects you generate a lack of rupees now what’s happening is

In 10 hours you were able to generate 30 000 rupees in profit in 10 hours you were able to generate 30000 rupees in profit saving you 70 hours okay so how much money did this cyborg just generate for you how much money did this cyborg generate for you that’s 375 into 70 hours that you now have left so I’ll just do the math this is a

Valuation of rupees that’s 26 250 rupees worth of value 26 250 rupees worth of value that this cyborg that’s working 24-7-365 is creating for you while you’re not there you know why because in only 10 hours of working you’re able to create one lakh rupees in revenue and 30000 rupees in profit now what if I told you don’t you only need to create the

Cyborg once you only need to create this cyborg once okay and then it’ll work for you forever the only difference is that all of your different customers and your prospects and the people who saw your business but they never showed interest may have different questions in their mind they might have different questions in their mind which is why they have not signed with you yet they may be thinking of signing with you may have their

The attention they may be interested they may be desirous or they may be committed what happens is you’ve got all these different thoughts and questions and objections going on in their mind so all you have to do is every couple of days feed the cyborg with one new message one new answer to somebody’s objection and send it out back into the wide world it’s gonna buy all the data it’s gonna call all of those people it’s

Gonna show them your video and when they’re interested it’ll pump them over here you can literally keep working these 10 hours and collecting this lack of rupees and billing and then doing 120 hours of work and supplying those customers or what you could do is or what you could do is you could tell the cyborg I have so much time why don’t you instead of giving me 10 meetings give me 80 meetings you will be able to create about 8 lakh rupees in

Revenue will leave you with only one problem how do you hire more employees and systems to support these high-paying customers which in my mind is a great problem to have once we come to that problem there are different other techniques that we use but for now this little technique could reach you from zero to one lakh to maybe five lakhs a month now who is this person that I was talking

About at the beginning of this video who is this person I was talking about at the beginning of this video he has a running business okay he has a running business and then when the lockdown hit he was uh you know he was kind of turning his business around to uh you know to make it more zoom friendly more remote-friendly and all of that so he doesn’t have to be physically present everywhere

And then it struck him he said if I can do this there has been a deep-seated passion in me to help people in some other area and this other area I have a very good experience as a consumer and I’ve seen that there are gaps where consumers get hurt and there is nobody to take care of them so I would like to start a business in this other area okay so I’m trying to make my business covet friendly to get it online

Get it on zoom and things like that and while doing that I realized there is this whole entire another area that I always thought why aren’t customers better-taken care of because I have been that customer why don’t I start a new business okay instead of you know this business is running fine that’s great but instead of pumping my time into this business why don’t I go into my passion area because this seems like the right time this seems

Like the right time reinvention yeah so he takes 90 days to reinvent himself now he’s had these ideas in his mind for a long time and he’s been in our community for about seven-eight months but in the last 90 days he says now this thing is coming together I need to put this out and working extremely hard to build this cyborg for himself once he has been able to create a constant stream of six-figure paying customers within a period of 90 days

Yeah now the fun part is the industry that he chose to work in was much more badly hit by coveting than his original profession okay the industry that he chose was worse hit 10 times worse hit in covet than his original profession but he still said if I want to build a cyborg it’s going to be for that business why because it’s something that I feel very passionately about so it came from nowhere came only from passion not a whole lot of technical

Knowledge, not a lot of market experience he doesn’t have any experience in that area, and in the cove there are some industries which have come up this industry was actually had gone down it is the worst possible industry to be in at this point even worse than hospitality and hotels and restaurants and using nothing but long amounts of time put in sheer will and hard work our friend has created a totally game-changing offering

You know game-changing offering in the new economy how to build a three-phase offering uh once again in the master class tata frat dot club forward slash product and if you want to know who this person is if you want to hang out with them if you want to meet them and learn from them for a period of five to six days on live camera one-on-one it’s not really one-on-one there’ll be other people also but you know all of your questions will be answered if you

Want to be able to do that we have specially requested this gentleman to make himself available as you know he’s become very busy so to get his time is not easy but we’ve requested him and he’s willing to spend some time with you if you’d like to go ahead and uh you know to interface with him learn some of the success principles learn what are the things that made him successful what are the things that were roadblocks for him where is the exact balance point

Where is the exact balance point among all the knowledge flying around where is the balance point how do you put one step ahead of another if you’d like to know that I want you to write on them in the comments on this video I don’t have a link for you anything but I want you to write cut me in yeah I want you to write cut me in on

This video today and I’ll be here with another video tomorrow and then I’m going to help set up a meeting or series of meetings with this person so that you guys can interact you can ask them directly they’ll be like no moderation or anything you can just full-on ask anything that you want but it will be at a specific time at a specific place it will have a time limit to it because obviously, we cannot ask unlimited times from people so if this model interests

If you would like to understand how being a corporate professional or a certified professional or a small business owner you are able you should be able to do this then put in the comments below cut me in and we will notify you of when these series of web meetings are going to take place you’ll be able to attend on Facebook live or on zoom depending on what your subscription level in the community is okay so just write cut me in And I’ll cut you in okay wait for a training tomorrow I’ll see you bye.

How to create your own trough of value?

How to create your own trough of value?

Hey, there this is Rajat here from Startupfrat and I have very special training for you thank you very much for your comments on the video yesterday, and uh yesterday for the people who are new we just spoke about how do you create a trough of your own value which means if you’re selling a third-party product like mutual funds like LIC like bitcoin like uh some material marketing opportunity or something like that.

If you’re selling something that is a branded product or even real estate or things like that right instead of just focusing on the product you need to create your own trough of value okay just like a waterfall falling onto this little rock and creating a small lake and then the rest of the waterfall is falling over here so it’s not just one big waterfall and you’re there in the middle just washing your hands in it okay.

You have a traffic value you have your own pool of value okay that’s what we spoke about now a lot of people mentioned in the comments hey I create value by telling customers about my product, okay I create value by telling customers about my product okay I create value what is the value that you create to the market I tell customers about my product.

Now, remember this who is the payer over here who is the prospect is the payer that means if they get together with you know they will have to do certain activities or something to become successful and in the bargain, if they become successful you get paid okay how do they get how do you get paid if they create volume.

Now they have to do a lot of things in order to become a good customer for you in certain cases like mutual funds saying they have to pay you directly they have to cut a cheque buy your mutual fund buy your LIC policy or whatever, okay in certain cases it is a little more indirect which is they have to finally make a decision to buy a house for themselves or an investment vehicle and you’re the person who can get the deal done and all of that.

So there’s another party involved you get the whole negotiation and everything done okay but at the end of the day the customer pays and that’s how you make your one percent brokerage right and in the case of multiple marketing they have to pay an effort if they want to become successful or something like that they really have to work very hard I’m sure you will give them the guidance and all of that but they have to work very hard in order to

Become successful and once you help them to become successful you get paid okay but at the end of the day the customer is expected to take some action whether cut a check or sign up with you as a partner and then work with you over a long period of time or whatever they have to pay in oil or in cash okay they have to pay in toil or in cash now let me ask you this if you think that telling the customer or the prospect about the product or the

Opportunity or whatever is the value you’re creating who are you creating the value for there are three people in this interaction one is the company I’ll say c this is a person I’ll just make a person because let us say that the third party company or your upline or whatever it is and this is you okay and let us say you okay.

Let us say this is your prospect then your prospect I’ll say p okay so first you’re giving the prospect the information but then they have to pay this third party in order to get that benefit, okay this is the company okay so now who have you created the value from the money is going to flow from here to here if the prospect buys the real estate.

If the prospect by the LIC policy or whatever the money flows from here to here and then money flows from here to here okay it is not clear to the prospect what value you are adding by giving information what value are you adding by giving information and in today it is the post information age which is information is already all over the place then they want to do googling then they want to
ask their mama Ji’s son’s father-in-law.

Let me ask those guys because they had some experience buying a LIC policy or doing business, uh you know with besties or whatever it is right, yeah the prospect is not clear what value they are getting because the information is already all over the place then they want to get more information they say oh let me check it out on YouTube you have a website let me check out your website

Do you have a visiting card give me a visiting card let me think about it right uh I’ll also want to ask my Mamaji’s sons father-in-law because they actually did that business you know yeah so information by itself okay is not the value that you’re adding to the prospect by finding a prospect and by giving them the information and getting the payment you’re adding value to the company who pays you you’re adding value to the company who

Will pay you but it is not very clear to the prospect what value they are getting not very not clear to them okay yes they will get rich in all of these industries if you see all of these third-party affiliate industries what is the promise to the prospect that they will get rich right so this is a horse let me try to make a horse okay

The horse my god looks more like a donkey okay this is a horse, okay and this is a pool of water let us say this is your company this year I see this is your real estate deal or whatever it is okay what is what value is the donkey getting you to know from the lake or from the water if the donkey gets to pass their thirst or the horse, they get to pass them

The thirst you cannot call your prospects donkeys although this looks more like one okay but let’s say it’s a horse, you’re dragging a horse to the water or you know convincing a horse for the water what value is the horse getting the horse is getting the thirst quenched okay the horse is getting the thirst to quench now the horse doesn’t really care uh you know what type of water it is but if you

Try to show the horse this water is slightly better than all the other waters out there if you try to show the horse that this water is poisonous don’t drink this water drink the other water that is kind of easier etc all of those things all of that information has to be packaged into a format for it to make sense to the prospect for it to make value to the prospect, okay.

This value needs to be built okay in your own product line as well which basically means giving the value giving the message or giving the information by itself does not ring that bell in the prospect’s mind that says this value so you got to do some things in the interaction which makes it clear to them that yes this was a value, okay so what you’ve got to do is you got to first ask them some questions which tell you that they’re

Thirsty are you thirsty the question is yes why are you thirsty when was the last you had water yeah who was the person who took you where did you go to have water last why don’t you go to the same place where you had water last they have to say oh no that place was a horrible man that water is turned so muddy I don’t even want to drink it any more okay then what you got to do is you ask you want to ask some closing questions you

Want to ask some closing questions there are opening questions there are closing questions there are prospecting questions at every stage in the sales process you’re asking questions even if you’re into digital marketing first you have to ask questions yeah I see a lot of people who are affiliates in digital marketing or something they go to Facebook they go to all these groups and then boom boom boom.

They’re putting the links in there do bitcoin this is my link to this scheme this is my thing this is my link whatever you first got to ask questions okay. and you want to make sure that the prospect answers those questions you want to make sure the prospect answers those questions, okay and on top of that you want to make sure that if the answers to those questions are not to your satisfaction

Then you are going to stop the discussion and take away the discussion from them saying it doesn’t appear that you and I are a good fit for each other but whenever that changes do let me know so the way to avoid rejection is by doing the rejecting yourself okay and questions help you to do that, okay so there are four very very essential closing questions we talked about in the academy okay I’m willing to give you a free copy of this information

Which is uh usually available only to academy members if you go to this link called Startupfrat, okay if you go to this link called startup.com control if you’re not already on your email list you will get an option to get added to our email list it’s a two-step process and then you will get free training, uh you’ll get a free pdf of these key questions that we asked during closing it will immediately double or triple

Your closing date I can guarantee that, okay I can guarantee that your closing date will double or triple from whatever it is right now this pdf was originally published in 2018 august and before October of 2018 it was downloaded 20 000 times okay so it’s a killer item available to academy members but since you’re in the sense you’re watching this probably in the hangout community uh you can have this from my site just go to

Forward slash control put in your email if you’re not already whitelisted with us you’ll have to take two steps to whitelist yourself and you’ll get a copy of this uh of this pdf it’ll teach you the four key questions to ask which will give you control of the conversation so that in response to the question that you asked and the prospect answered if you give the product information in response to that then they will value that information then

They will value that information there will be a relationship that will be created in that sales meeting where it clearly says that you are the person who’s providing value okay now whether you have competitors or not and things like that we’ll discuss in a different video this is not the forum but what are the different things you can do to add the value within the interaction in addition to providing allied products and creating a product package okay so

If you say that providing the information is valuable not anymore not in the information age providing the information is not of value because in the information age well all the information is already out there so people say let me go to google let me go to youtube let me ask my mama jeez relative who did this business how about this policy and they don’t want to make a decision so what you got to do is you got to narrow the

The options in their head and bring it down to your option and the way you do that is by asking questions okay so if you go to startupfry.com you’ll be able to get this pdf I have a very special announcement for you guys as well we are starting our 6 a.m club from tomorrow it will run for three weeks every month, uh the price for being in the Facebook group is 169 rupees one-time lifetime for you it is free

For you it is free and if you’re an academy member you can also get into the discussion room where you can have a discussion with the panel members every day ask them questions etc if you are a hangout member then you don’t have access to the discussion room, okay you don’t have access to the discussion room so so as a hangout member you have free access I’ll just give you the Facebook

Group where every day we’ll be streaming the 6 am club calls startup rat dot club forward slash 6 a.m club okay forward slash 6 am club okay so if you join it from tomorrow for three weeks you can if you choose to wake up at six in the morning you’ll be able to watch the academy members some of the people who have made a lot of money and all of this stuff will be celebrating

The successes and they will be coming live for seven days each that’s a total of 21 days they’ll be coming live for seven days each and talking about what were the barriers they faced and what were the mental tweaks they did in order to get successful how are the communities working how are they able to get sales when other people are not able to get sales what is happening in the customer psychology what are they doing in order to get so successful so they’re

Going to be talking about that for three weeks in a row you can watch these discussions and interact on Facebook live if you want to ask questions you can ask questions on the Facebook live platform, okay if you want to join the discussion room you have to be a if you’re an academy member you can do the discussion room we’ll be talking about it in the team call so please be there uh if you’re a hangout member just go to startupfry.com/club, okay and I’ll see You tomorrow bye.

How to Deal with Customer In Sales Meeting?

How to Deal with Customer In Sales Meeting?

Hi there this is Rajat here and this is part two of the how to answer the assurance question will this work for me is this for me with this work in my industry can I also get slim can I also become a better parent uh can our company also increase their profits regardless of whether you’re in a corporate situation or an in-person sales with an individual customer or a

Family at some point if you get asked this question will this work for me why to never answer that question and definitely not answer that question yes okay now, first of all, thank you for watching the previous video for some reason the video quality was not all right but you know still a lot of people watched it a lot of you guys commented on it so thank you very much in this particular video I’ll just quickly go

Over some of the elements just once again for a quick recap and then I’m going to give you some super solid information on what is your role if you’re a salesperson if you’re a business owner who is uh you know who is driving the sales for their businesses themselves if you’re a consultant or any kind of such person who is driving the sales of their business themselves and often find yourself in a direct hand-to-hand sales situation in a kind Of a webinar sales situation in a one-to-one uh direct sales or virtual sales like a zoom these days a lot of salespeople are doing zoom calls also zoom sales situation or something like that why would never answer that question which is will this work for me in the last video I advise you never ever to answer that question.

Although I’m sure you will have come loaded with certain case studies you know certain references you know certain assurances saying yes yes yes for you etc okay we have to never answer that question so let’s go into point number one what is your role as a salesperson they say always be closing so your role as a salesperson is to collect the check no matter what that

They say in sales always be closing just try to get to the check get to the payment advance payment whatever as soon as possible and I say never be selling it’s pretty much the same thing you can always be closing but never be selling what is selling okay selling is when a salesperson starts to answer technical questions to assure the prospect that yes this is for you uh selling is when a salesperson starts

To make projections that are no business of theirs selling is when salespeople start uh you know walking customers uh starting putting them into themselves into situations where they are liable they’re liable to get fingers pointed then at them later saying I was convinced to do this I was forced to do this by the sales person I was not given the right information you know or adequate information or whatever okay it is not your job as a salesperson

To do the selling at least in today’s times yeah today’s times all the information is available customers are smart they are very very educated if they want more information they can always go out get more information on the internet get more competitive information etc etc etc you know they know best customers today know best okay so it’s not your job to do the selling so what is your job I’m just going to read up

From my notes over here just so we have continuity and I don’t waste your time but you have three basic functions of a salesperson once you actually come into the hand-to-hand sales situation even if you’re some somebody like a direct selling marketer where you’re selling an opportunity a LIC person who’s selling insurance uh b2b person who’s going in to close a deal or something like that okay so your job as a salesperson

What’s your role as a salesperson what should a salesperson do your role as a salesperson number one is to ascertain interest a certain interest okay usually for little more complex items you know something that’s a non-commodity for all commodities you know I want to buy an iron that irons my clothes is good for nylons as well as cotton I can literally go to amazon answer that question for myself

Buy it and they will deliver it okay it’s a commodity item what’s another commodity item is you know I want to get some spare parts for my car or something like that you pretty much people just take care of it themselves but if you’re in a situation where little more complex problems are to be solved those are the situations which require the involvement of a salesperson those are situations that require the

Involvement of a salesperson everything else today is being sold by robots okay all else today is being sold by robots all commodity today is being sold by robots which could be robots that drive online ad campaign on Facebook and google robots or bots that drive you to go to customers website your supplier’s website you want to ask a question there’s an automated chatbot over there right so everything that is a commodity

Item is being sold by robots today the involvement of a salesperson is only going to be required for complex results that a customer wants to get and your product or service can get them to do either all the way or most of the way or a little bit of the way okay they want to achieve a certain result, okay they want to go all the way they want to go a little bit of the way they want to go almost all the way your

The product comes in somewhere over there okay so your goal number one is to ascertain interest provide or outline their options what are their options okay Mr customer this is on this customer this is what you want to do these are your options okay and third if they decide to go going for your product uh agree to a fair exchange

Which we call negotiation or offer okay negotiation or offer to ascertain the interest sorry for the bad handwriting ascertain the interest provide the options and agree to a fair exchange okay a certain the interest provide the options and agree to a fair exchange if you do not do that you try to sell and say yeah this is for you take my word for it there you go you’re gonna have

Two types of problems what are the two types of problems the first thing is either you get the wrong kind of customers okay the wrong customers what are the wrong customers who do not intend to take the steps necessary to solve their problem and hence are likely to never use your product at all or use it in the desired

Way possible okay so wrong kind of customers I want to achieve health will give you know getting a subscription to your gym make me healthy the answer is yes our gym has lots of good people in your age group they’re all getting healthy you’ll also get healthy please make sure you come yes okay assign maybe I even attend a few days I don’t want to do the hard work I don’t want to make the sacrifice necessary to get the help I don’t I’m not

Going to get the help okay wrong type of customers if you have too many of these customers it will add a bad image to your business if you have too many other wrong types of customers it’s gonna add a bad image to your business these days businesses are 360 degrees what is 360 degree not only do you have to make sure the customer gets the result you have to round it up 360 degrees to make sure that they become your referenceable customers either they give

You a testimonial either they give lots of references all of that business that comes to you okay so either you get the wrong type of customers you know you just be wasting your time aggregating a lot of customers over a period of time the business will come to nothing you will have no ascension model you can’t sell more things to the same customer they’re not going to send you more customers anyway there is no way you can utilize the

Relationship for any other, uh you know for any other business growth so wrong type of customers the second thing you’ll have a liability problem what’s a liability problem customer complaints saying that just because you told me that this product is gonna help me do that now it’s not gonna help me too that’s not achieving that result so you know I want to back mouth you I want my money back I want to sue you or whatever

Okay so wrong types of customers and liability issues are okay so do not get into that it’s not your role as a salesperson in today’s time is very simple as certain the interest provides the options and agree to a fair exchange which is based on this I believe is a fair exchange okay which is pricing and negotiation okay now what happens is that there are three distinct parts of this

There are three distinct parts of this sales process or the sales meeting when you go and shake hands you know and you start the meeting takes maybe 45 minutes maybe an hour whatever you have a webinar it takes an hour or whatever right the first part is a certain interest, okay the second part is showing them their options even if those options are

Not provided by you or your company not provided by you or your company so for example in the direct selling industry in the multi-level marketing industry they routinely say your options to make money are three types of options either you have a lot of money put it in real estate either you have less money than a lot of money put it into stocks which are not any guarantees or you put it into your own business which is again going to cost 10

Lakh rupees of investment or you become a direct selling agent and you have everything done for you you have the products all you got to do is build the volume those are your options and obviously, three of those four options may not be workable for the customer so they say okay the fourth option is good for me yeah so show them the options and the last one is a fair exchange which is pricing

And closing okay fair exchanges pricing and closing pricing and closing okay now here’s the thing there are three separate stages so the question that all these three stages are also kind of year mark what are the questions that indicate that a person is still at the stage the customer and they are still wondering whether their interest is good enough or not right so when you say hey

Mr customer miss customer this is what you want to do you want to get guitar classes yes why are your guitar how much are your guitar classes whatever why is it so expensive you suddenly get into the same situation you say let me understand your problem clearly you’ve done your research on the internet and you have realized that you don’t want to give your kid guitar classes

They’re like yes and you want to do that because why do you want to do that oh because they have this thing in their school where they are graded on it but the school is not even doing a good job of teaching them so that’s great interest that’s a great level of interest why because now the school mandates that they have you know whatever they want they have to become guitar or whatever the second thing is oh my kid is

Actually, you know they have this friend who’s a good guitar person they also want to become guitar player that’s a lower level of interest the kid is going to come to your class after two attempts and they find out it’s not good for them they’ll probably quit okay so levels of interest have to be as certain over here now the questions that they have over here are going to be very very different the questions are what is it how much does it cost how long is it going to

Take what are the other things I’ll have to buy et cetera that’s that’s a certain interest okay there’s certain questions you will get at this stage then when you’re showing them their options one of the options to learn guitar you could go to youtube and learn yourself you could uh buy some books that actually teach you they have the whole keys and notes and everything in there and you’ve got to learn all that and then you’ve got to self-teach

Yourself that’s one of the options what are the other options there are two or three guitar classes in our area you know these are the different competitions and then we are over here what is it that I am offering what is it and then the questions that customers ask over here are very different the questions that they asked her how is reading how much time is it going to take if I read my own book how much time

Is it going to take if I do you know any good youtube videos or youtube channels where my kid can learn for free or something like that right and then when it comes to actually how is your product better you know this question would come here this question could come here also but it’s best that you answer the question over here and then at a fair exchange is very simple you just gotta outline the summary you do need to

Get to a seven on ten levels for playing the guitar because this is a pressing need of yours because the school you know has something your kid doesn’t wanna show up and look like a fool so we have exactly three months yes we already have seen all these options you don’t want to go with a book you don’t want to go with a youtube video youtube channel because learning from there is going to take x amount of time

There is no accountability etc yes now there are x y and z number of you know options that you have in terms of classes and the only one that will be near to your house is ours we have all these premium options and you want to go with option b yes no boom done okay now the question is do we have a discount what else can you provide me what assurance can you give me what if my kid is unable to learn you know what are you you know it’s all about

The value and the trust it’s all about the value and the trust of the program not of your business not of the things that you’ve offered but now that I’m spending money what is the guarantee I have that this is going to happen in three months what is the guarantee that I have you know if this doesn’t happen in three months what do I need to do what is the best price you can give me now that I want to sign give me like an on the spot discount that’s what

Happened okay that’s a fair extreme value that is being negotiated now the question of whether this can work for me or not does belong here so a lot of times you would go through sales presentations or you would go through your if you’re a multi-level marketer you go through the business opportunity presents a lot of times you will if you’re into

Mutual fund selling LIC selling you go through the whole program a lot of times you’re into uh you know you’re a professional who has a large program and you’re providing an initial consultation that requires them to take a step sign up for a six-month program or something like that or if you’re a b2b consultant which means you’re selling to other businesses you’re a salesperson for one company selling to another company you know and then you’re looking at high

Ticket deals at that point the fact that they are not yet sure that this can happen for them means only two things either they’ve not been listening or you’ve not been following the proper process either they’ve not been listening or you’ve not been following the proper process because this question does not belong here this is a question of self-assurance a customer doesn’t even know if it is for them or not this question

Should have been taken care of at this stage or at the marketing stage what is marketing when they first come to know about you through a newspaper ad they want to know about you through an ad a Facebook ad somebody refers them to you you know the first thing that you gotta do at that point is figure out how committed there are to do this at the marketing stage by having them take certain actions or

At the uncertainty of interest states okay at this point if they ask the question can it happen for me definitely it’s a good question to answer at that point but right when you’re coming to the clause and somebody answers ask you you know can it really happen for my industry can it really happen for my kid can it really happen for six-year-old kids can this even happen in India do Indian people I don’t know if any single Indian

A guitarist who has been able to get to that level or something like that okay this is the wrong place to be answering that question if you answer this question unless it’s a no answer always give it directly no answer if you feel the customer is wrong is not the right fit for your product just say no I don’t feel it can fit you know maybe refer you to some other people or something like that okay but if it’s a
Yes answer you cannot say yes that will put you into two problems either you’ll have a liability issue later you’ll have or you’ll have the wrong kind of customer who just signed up

because they got the assurance from you they don’t want to pay the price they don’t understand what price has to be paid the money to be prepared in just one part then the effort has to be put in the consistency has to be there the determination has to be their etc over long periods of time before they achieve the result right so if they don’t know what price has to be paid and you showed them then you’ll get a wrong kind of customer they won’t do anything about it because they don’t want to pay the other prices in addition to the cash price okay so what is there to be done what do you do let me just quickly look at my notes let me just

Quickly look at my notes all right so the first thing that you could do is the first thing you do if you are faced with this question at the point of closing okay is especially if you’re in a group sales situation if you’re doing like a webinar if you’re in a sales meeting with a bunch of people sitting in the room and somebody asked this question you anyway don’t want to address that

Question because that takes the attention of the rest of the group away from the actual taking action at this point right so at this point what you got to do is the flat answer in a group situation group sales situation is simple all the information has to be provided by has been provided to you Mr miss customer that applies to all of you folks or this is all the information I have to provide

We feel we’ve done a good job providing information at this point it is an instinctive decision on your part yes or no and whatever decision you take will be the right decision for you so I don’t want to push it I would say yes and I probably get more sales today but I don’t want to do that this is entirely a call that has to be taken by you and I assure you that whatever call you to take is going to be right for you

And I’m with you either way okay so at this point you don’t want to give an answer you want to say all the information I’ve been provided to you whatever decision you take is good for you you will be surprised that when you don’t budge your ground you will get closure rates of up to 35 40 percent if you don’t budge your ground you probably get closer rates of up to 35 40 percent however if you give them an

Assurance answer yes this is applicable for you as well your closure rates will pretty much drop to maybe about 20 15 whatever okay you’ll be surprised doing this okay the moment you stand your ground and say this is it at this point whatever decision you take I’m with you it will be the right decision for you and I’m there to support it okay so if you decide to walk away from this decision I think it’s the right decision for you

That automatically means that this product or the service is not meant for you and I’m here to support you okay at this point what’s going to happen is the people who are kind of 50 50 it’s a self-belief issue yeah so the people are 50 50 probably gonna sign just watch the previous video that I released a couple of days ago it’s a little hazy in the video and all that but you know you pretty much be able to

Get the idea what is the self-assurance problem that the customer has and they ask this question that’s a group sales situation now if you’re in a one-to-one sales situation which primarily means your product is expensive enough that you’re taking the time to sell it one to one whether it’s via zoom call whether it be a telephone call whether it’s via an in-person meeting or something like that at which point what you want to do is what you want to do is

You want to move them one level above okay you want to move them one level above or two levels above okay you want to move them one level above or two levels above what is the one level above it is to say Mr customer miss customer are we still talking about you getting this result in three months of the time yes

Or not you want to do it and they’re like yes why do you want to do it you can ask them the whole thing again and they will answer you why you want to buy they want to achieve that and then there are one two and three options four options that we went to can you think of any other options or would you like to phone a friend and ask for some options or something right and then they say yeah I guess these are the options now there are only two things that could

Be that could be the issue over here one is either you’re not really you’d really need a little more time to think about it that’s fine okay the answer is yes or no, yeah you want more time to think about it and they will say yes I need more time to think about that’s fine the second thing is done you think there are any other options, yeah I suddenly realized there’s this

Option suddenly realize there’s this option after you told me all the options and everything suddenly I just realized there’s one more option like my Mamaji’s nephew’s wife actually is a very good guitar player herself just realized just realize that right now okay my mama’s nephew’s wife like some relative that I never thought about it today you know plays very good guitar maybe

Maybe my kid needs to consult with her before we come back to you yeah maybe we need to consult with her before we come back to you okay in which here they have more options than you thought they have which is fine okay at which point do you tell them hey I would love it if you would do that how much time do you think it’s gonna take for you to do that they say yes no whatever and you say well uh the discount that I just we just negotiated you asked for an extra

The discount I told you a 10 spot discount this thing is gonna go so you can consult if you still decide to come to us next week you know we’ll still do business if the discount goes okay or you can tell them hey this 10 discount in good faith you just have to make a call in good faith I’m gonna hold this discount for you for another 24 hours let’s say tomorrow evening 7 30 after that is done do you

Think that’s a valid thing and they’re like yes and boom it’s over it’s done okay so what you’ve done is you move them up where they can in where they can convince themselves they can sell themselves, okay you move them up into this stage or this stage wherever they want to sell themselves and you’ve given them a little hook saying this thing that you just negotiated with me about the 10 off

That’s either gonna expire now or I’ll hold it for another maybe 24 hours because I’ve got management I can’t be throwing out these discount offers and then expect you know my company to service then you know I don’t really own the company or whatever you can say you know this is what we can do so what you’ve done is you’ve given them a reason to come back to you and you’ve given them the freedom to eject from that situation and from

In that high-pressure situation do some homework and that’s pretty much okay and what I would like to do is I tell them that somebody from my team is going to call from this particular number this is my office number please save it somebody from my team is gonna call you tomorrow at two o’clock just to give you a quick reminder before we retire your discount offer okay that will give you another five hours for you to take if

You have forgotten it by then give you another five hours and by tomorrow seven o’clock we’ll retire okay now this is the phone number there are two things that are going to happen either you’re gonna pick up the phone or you’re not gonna pick up the phone if you pick up the phone they’ll remind you at which point you can tell them what’s gonna happen and we’ll keep it open for seven o’clock or you’re not going to pick up the phone if you don’t pick up

On the phone, we’ll assume that you’re not interested so if you don’t call back by 3 pm then we’ll retire the offer by 3 pm, okay so I’ve put a couple of loops in there just to make sure that we would love to do business with you the offer still holds we wanted to put the best foot forward we don’t want to put pressure on you why don’t you go back check it how long it’s going to take 24 hours I think is a fair amount of time we will give

You a call back this is the number please save this number if you don’t pick up the phone we will assume it’s a no always assume it’s a no and tell them that I am going with the assumption that we are not doing business okay very very powerful I’m going with the assumption that you and I are not going to do business, okay we’ll still give you a call tomorrow from this number if you pick up the phone we’ll talk about it the discount will still be open till

Seven if you don’t pick up the phone we’ll assume you’re not interested boom done finished okay now there’s a sneaky little trick that I’m gonna tell you okay let me just stop over here and ask you if you liked all of this information given in this video if it really added value to your sales process I want you to put your comments below and let me know what you got out of this yeah what was the takeaway that you got

From this okay so be nice put your comments it will ensure that the algorithm keeps showing you these videos otherwise you will see slowly our content you know Facebook will stop showing it to you on your timeline in which case you and I are going in different paths from there on okay okay so if you like this till now if you think it’s valuable just put in your comments secondly I’m going to teach you a sneaky sneaky sneaky little trick

Sneaky little trick yeah ninja level underground trick that’s gonna double or triple your profits it’s gonna almost increase your customer closing rate for your core product by at least 30 to 35 percent guarantee okay it’s gonna double your profits if you do this as a business owner even as a salesperson and at closing the main deal which is your whatever your guitaring

Classes or whatever it was it’s going to literally improve that closing rate by 30 to 35 guaranteed okay and that is this that trick is this that when you send them up okay you must always have another product that they can consume very very easily easy to buy easy to use easy to consume and

Immediate results okay so easy to buy immediate results and easy to consume okay so at this point you may not you don’t want to give them any allied products like okay by the way even if you don’t come to our classes please buy a guitar from us that’s a very high ticket sale yeah guitars costs they’re very expensive right so you don’t want to tell them that but in order to make this interaction tighter where they go one level up they leave

They do whatever they are reminded not only by a phone call they’re reminded by something else to come back to you but this my friend is not going to be a free product this is going to be a paid product it’s going to be an extremely low ticket paid product that hooks them into you why because every time they see that thing they’re going to be reminded of you okay so what you can say over

Here one thing I absolutely love is why don’t you pick up our free guide it has 200 pages print a 200-page guide you know with all kinds of things which talk about six levels of guitar playing which talks about seven customer stories, yeah it talks about the ten things you can do to learn guitar at home, yeah it has a bunch of different content and costs 250 rupees and why don’t you

Take it okay why don’t you take it and they pay 250 rupees and then they say well what if we come back and do business with you tomorrow you’re anywhere gonna teach us all these things that’s fine if you buy it today and come tomorrow I’ll refund you the cost of the 250 and you keep the guide take my guide it’s 200 plus pages talks about the six levels of different guitars playing you know that you need to know about the seven different types

Of customers you know that we have service which is people are in service people are students people are business people who are ladies homemakers etc everybody has a different customer study and 10 different things that you need to know about explanation the 10 types of guitar the 14 types of guitar strings or whatever it is okay and it’s 250 bucks and it will help you find some more resources hey guess what you want to take this decision in peace

Time please go to your home instead of going here and there and asking a bunch of unqualified people you’ll have a bunch of different resources in there where you can find out more where you can compare prices where you can find out you know what is the journey going to look like in the next three months six months three years ten years how is your kid’s career going to be in this industry if they want to make a career out of it what are the different things

Possible hey we have tied up with uh you know three different student bands who actually play in different restaurants around the city and it’s just something that they use to practice their guitars right so what are these different student bands what are the different restaurants where you can actually go and tie up and say hey my kid would just like to play for free and your guests can get entertained that way they get to practice you know your

Guests are entertained everybody’s happy 10 different places where you can tie up something add some value over there and say this guide is worth 250 bucks okay take this guide when you go home you will have a resource which you can use to make this decision in your peacetime in your peace yeah you don’t need to sit here and take that decision when you come back tomorrow if you do come back tomorrow

Within seven o’clock within that seven o’clock discount window I’ll pay you 250 bucks back I’ll buy you off another 250 bucks from your subscription and you still get to keep the guide now what happens is that it has to take care of two things first of all it puts a hard product you know it could be a software it could be a downloadable pdf or something it puts a hard product in their house

That’s gonna always remind them of your number one number two it instantly sets you up as an authority for very little work it will instantly set you up as an authority where it sets you up not only sets you apart from all of your competition it creates a compelling force saying if these people are into this stuff this deep then I do need to do business with them

Nobody likes to do business with a generalist everybody likes to do business with a passionate specialist yeah so that’s a sneaky little trade not only that in that guide you can have a discount coupon saying you know to take a discount coupon for three classes that mean they don’t want to go for the three months but they would like to take a discount coupon for three classes only they say this is pretty good why don’t

We bring the kid in and take a discount coupon for three classes 20 guitars if you buy it from us 20 off guitars if you buy it from us boom amazing every little piece of information in there should have a little link or it should have some information it should have a voucher that they can bring out a coupon that they can bring to get a little more discounts a little more stuff at your, uh you know at your business house and that brings you brings you and them closer

And closer using little transactions nobody’s winning or losing with 250 bucks but the interaction becomes stronger every time money is exchanged yeah so that’s why you never give out these guys for free never give it out free but always a little bit of money like bucks 50 bucks whatever yeah so that’s the sneaky little trick I talked to you about okay so I hope this was a value if this was a value do put in your

Comments now how do you build these product lines together if you would like to see real case studies of how these product lines can be built inside of 30 days even if you’re a corporate professional who has never done business before or even if you’re a multi-level market to have literally only one product line which is your MLM company’s product line or you’re a LIC agent who only sells LIC how do you build all these different product lines so you

Product line secret

What Are Some of The Product Line Secrets?

Hello everybody how are you this is Rajat here from startup frat bringing you the super special session three of the product packaging secrets training that I promised you last week okay. Hi Harish how are you great to see you around the man I’m just

Kind of put going into my phone, again and again, to to to see you guys and hear you guys so if you’re here just say hi to me just let me know where all you’re logging in from okay so for the people who are new in the hangout uh my name is Rajat and I’m in Pune and I would love to know where whereabouts you guys are logging in from okay now what we’re gonna do is we’re

Gonna talk about today this is session three so basically what we’re gonna do is we’re gonna talk about uh you know we’re gonna talk about what are some of the product line secrets, okay the business is definitely done through sales and marketing that is definitely our funda here in life and uh

And uh uh you know what we also know is that if you go to market with the same old product lines especially if you have like just one product line or something this is what we do then uh you’re not doing business is going to be difficult because it’s a minefield out there we are an oversupplied market today we are uh

You know we’re at a stage where nothing you produce is unique nothing you bring to the market is unique because there are always hundreds of players and in addition to that if you have a product line in the market that is a hard product line which is manufactured or retailed by you then you’re competing straight with amazon and Chinese Chinese manufacturing so nothing that you do is unique let’s start with that

And then let’s figure out how we can work from that angle and create a product line that can dominate in the market okay so let me know if you can get started and let’s just get cracking okay welcome welcome welcome chair and great to see you here my friend okay now let’s get started now

Why do you need to approach via the multi-product environment why do you need to approach via the multi-product environment and uh let me just give me a quick second so I know that they’re able to see what I’m able to see okay why are you able to approach via the multi-product environment via a multi-product environment that is because a

Multi-product environment gives you flexibility what is flexibility depending on what the market wants you’re able to offer different product lines you’re able to control what product you promote especially if you go slightly high ticket if you go up for the 5000 rupee products you know 10000 rupee products then what you need to do is you need to have multiple product lines in order to figure out where the customers stand in order to test out

The customers you know in order to understand the customers uh comfort level with your price points right uh comfort level your price points and in order to while you’re doing the sell job you know in order to have a variety for them to choose from because customers will rarely before taking a decision which is five thousand ten thousand rupees rarely ever go for the one

The product that you present in fact if you’re into sales or if you have your own business if you’re an entrepreneur that is driving their own company you will know that the moment you present your own product the moment you present the product and you know to start talking about the features and benefits a couple of things that go to a customer’s mind are okay let me go to google and research about

This let me go to amazon and find out if I have other products like it okay and then they want to know well how our customers using this you know are they happy, not happy what are the ratings, etc given by amazon or boo you can have a google rating amazon rating then they want to say okay what is the technology behind it you know what is the origin are there any other players competitors, etc all sorts of questions

Start appearing in a customer’s mind so if you have different products that you can promote to them or if you have all of those different types of products that they’re they’re comparing you against under one umbrella even if they may not be your own products even if there are third-party products that you’re promoting under your own roof then that really gives you a huge edge right the third thing is it helps you reduce discounts it helps you reduce

Discounts because what you can do is you can bring if they want to spend less you can bring them to a lower end product they don’t want to spend more you can bring them to higher end products you can combine the products to create different offers the fourth point is it helps you overcome objections what is that hey Pratap welcome welcome welcome it helps you overcome objections what is

Overcoming objections when they start diving into the features benefits and price features benefits and price then you can bring in different products from under your umbrella in order to bring that comfort to them I’m going to show it to you in a real-life scenario today and I have a resource that is mentioned below every slide which is startup.com product that’s our master class where you can go and learn about

How uh you know you can combine different sorts of products together and what kind of success levels have different people in the startup community had doing this, okay the last one is how to grow average customer value in a controlled environment remember the game the name of the game today is growing average customer value it’s not

About whether you sell a product or not it’s not about whether you make a profit on it or not the game is can you use different products can you over a period of time gain customer confidence so that you become the go-to person of choice for whatever problem they want to solve with a particular product line right so in order to do that to gain the confidence you need to have multiple variations of

You know different products that help them achieve the the the result that they want to achieve which is why they’re looking for products, uh you know they’re looking to buy in the first place okay so all of these different points I’m just going to walk through all of those giving you scenarios, etc in the next few slides so just stay tuned and take notes and if you’re here live just give me a high in

In the comments box let me know where you’re from so I can call out your name because you know it’s a little difficult trying to hit that I button and figuring out you know who all are watching okay okay what to sell now broadly if you’re into a business you will have one among four types of scenarios what are these scenarios the first scenario you’ll either be selling

A product or a commodity okay a product or a commodity which basically means a hard product or commodity that you typically sell off a storefront whether you have a hard storefront whether you have a shop to sell it from or whether you have an e-store or something right a hard product or commodity and by commodity I mean is typically less than maybe two thousand three thousand five thousand rupees it’s a simple decision for the customer take it or leave it

Whether they’re browsing your shop on amazon or whether they walk by a shop in a mall or something you know this is it’s a simple decision for the right so product or commodity the second thing is you could be selling a service, okay you could be selling it services you could be selling individually you could be selling professional services if you’re a doctor lawyer child accountant architect something like that so you’re selling a service the third

The thing is you’re selling knowledge if you’re like a coach consultant author or something like that okay you’re selling knowledge and the fourth thing is you’re selling a result what is selling a result if you’re a DSA for a mutual fund company what essentially you’re doing is you’re selling a result the product does not belong to you but you’re telling the prospect that if you invest you know five lakh rupees in this fund for a

Period of three years you will potentially make more than the inflation rate is going to get you more than the FB rate is going to get you right so what you’re doing is you’re promising a result if you’re an insurance salesman okay sales person sales woman okay what you’re doing is you’re saying okay if you invest in LIC or whatever it is 15 000 rupees of premium a year you know then anytime god forbid something happens to your family is going to get y

Amount of money that’s what you’re selling a result if you’re a multi-level marketer or something and anybody who sells third-party products you’re essentially selling the result because the product does not belong to you so you say okay buy this product and this is going to give you this result okay so you’re selling a result even if you’re into uh you know selling personal training services and things like that you’re essentially selling a result

Saying if you follow what I tell you you will be leaner you know you lose body mass and things like that about body fat and things like that okay so you’re either into product selling or commodity selling all your services selling these are your own services if you’re a doctor or child accountant or if you have a small company like it services or something like that or you’re into knowledge selling or you’re into results selling which is all

The TSA is multi-level marketers etc do we have any ideas or multi-level marketers in the house just give me a high in the comments box just write MLM or DSA okay awesome Vivek hi Pradeep welcome welcome welcome guys welcome okay next now I’m gonna give you a grid okay I’m gonna give you a grid you need to start thinking in terms of this grid you need to start thinking in terms of

This grid because money is not the only thing on the planet okay money is not the only thing you have different levers that you can pull in order to reach where you want to go which is complete domination in the market and all of these three variables will help you, okay the first variable is r what is r it is returns is how much money you stand to make how much money in how much money out in a job I’ve written returns a plus because

You know today in a job you have lots of jobs that are going to MNCs multinational companies these companies earn in dollars and pounds and they pay you hefty salaries and rupees it’s not uncommon to have a salary of 30 lakh 40 like 50 lakh a year today right so the returns are pretty good okay and then in manufacturing and then professional services I’ve given plus minus what is this how much money you put in how much money you put get out of

It is today it’s a little variable right even professional services like doctors lawyers child accountants you know it’s not a whole lot of money if you’re into private practice unless you’re like the top dog in your industry or something like that because there is a huge amount of oversupply of doctors lawyers chat accountants, uh you know in India huge amount of doctors lawyers child accounts oversupply okay oversupply now

What is c what is the column c column c is control how much control do you have over that income how much control do you have over that income how much control do you have that you can grow that income can you pull a couple of labor levers you know just you know do a little formula with your sales and marketing that kind of gets you more money okay in a job the control is zero and in today’s time there was a time when um you know highly?

Uh when good project managers and I t companies were highly valued but today it’s not so because all of those skills have been taken over either by computers and software or the labor has gone to cheaper countries like Vietnam and the Philippines right if any of you guys know my history even I was instrumental in having my company open up a Philippines operation because uh you know the Indian operations were getting a little too expensive yeah so

The Philippines Vietnam you know different even china hong kong etc you know you have hong kong is expensive but you can get some pretty nifty uh technology if you’re a technology development company you know these places are coming up and over a period of time it works out much more efficient than having it in India so the control and job is low in a manufacturing and retail small business the control is low you know why because every time there’s

A riot every time there’s a mandate from the government every time there’s a bund or something they ask you to close your shop right you’re the first one that goes under okay in professional services the control is higher because if you have if you’re very well known in your area you know that business will flow towards you in a knowledge business if you’re a consultant coach or something like that the returns are relatively lesser the returns are relatively lesser

But the control is higher because if you have uh you know your customer base and all they’re gonna keep buying from you if you’re selling results the return is negative if you see if you go hardcore into numbers right hardcore now I have sold home loan refinance I have also sold credit cards I’ve also sold uh you know also done a lot of MLM but I will tell you this that if you operate with the same tools and techniques that the industry

Expects you to operate which is keep showing the demo keeps showing meeting as many people as possible keep making those phone calls very few life insurance agents very few MLM people very few franchising people actually end up making a whole lot of money if you look at it as compared to working with an MNC the chances are 30 40 percent that you will end up making good money about 20 lakhs a year and chances are literally like two percent that is life

Insurance as a life insurance salesperson or as a multi-level marketer you’ll make 20 lakhs a year you know uh even in the next two years three years running right so uh so the traditional methods in which they do this the returns are pretty low control is kind of okay and sustainability is high of course because once you build your network your customer base etc once you build your commissions where the insurance policies are getting renewed

If you’re keeping making some residual income then sustainability is higher the third column is sustainability okay in job sustainability zero the day you get fired zero income and manufacturing it is kind of there kind of not there in professional services sustainability is not there because your kids cannot follow your profession unless they have the same degree right and in a knowledge business sustainability is there because

You can create different products in order to you know have your customers buy them it can be taken over by a family member with minimal effort as well in a results-based business also sustainability there can be taken over by a family member once you’ve built the built a solid base okay so r c and s okay returns control and sustainability okay returns control and sustainability Pradeep you’re from MLM good to

Know man okay now remember this remember this guys you want a plus in all of these three and if you see any of these in none of these um in none of these uh endeavors do you have a plus sign in any in all of these right so you want a plus in all of these three segments which is returns control and sustainability okay now we’ve spoken about in an earlier training the width approach was the depth approach you could go with which

Are you could set up a retail-centric environment which is mass production uh using a huge amount of inventory and then your secrets of success would be you need to have huge scale in your product line you need a solid customer service you need to have you need to provide solid convenience to the customers home delivery you know uh toll-free number in the middle of the night and all of that stuff okay same day delivery and things like that and

Then your trump card is if you understand the customer behavior which today is becoming an algorithmic game right today what is happening is people are basically reading customer behavior using algorithms so if you can somehow get your business digitized and get the algorithms to read customer behavior and have a marketing engine that markets to them what they want to be based on what

They’re doing on the internet then that’s great if not then it’s kind of becoming very very low profit then you have something called a depth approach which focuses on customer acquisition and retention that’s where all the effort and all the cost goes and basically it goes for things which have which are large complex goals things like financial planning retirement planning health care how to become a better parent how to play the guitar how

To learn to be the number one pub g player these are complex skills and what you got to do is you got to have customers motivated you got to have them progressing through different products maybe they could get a book maybe they could get a few cheat codes that they could buy from you maybe you could give them some live Livestream training or things like that right and number three secret is the whole thing works with the community or

Tribe why because people want to hang out with other people who are trying to achieve the same complex goals so that during the failure phases they have other people who are you know who is there with them and it builds a lot of mojo and momentum right and your trump card is going to be if you can consistently get your customers the results then that whole tribe will stick with you and people know that you’re a serious person and over a period of time

Average customer lifetime value will improve which basically means over a period of time your customer acquisition costs will go down your profits will go up and you will become a brand in your industry average profit margins if you do this right are much higher than the width approach okay again if you want to know um if you want to know deeper aspects that I may not be able to cover today because a small class then you can watch our

Master class online just out of frat dot club forward slash product okay now let’s come to the main thing hey vishal what’s up what’s up man great to see you here okay some of my comments are a little delayed because you know because the Facebook the live stream kind of is a little delayed okay now what to sell how do you create your product portfolio the way you create

Your product portfolio is you need to have some physical goods and services whichever your core product is the physical goods or service that you’re offering then you need to build an information product around it and then you need to build some services or community base or consultation based products around it okay why do you need to do that see the moment customers want to buy a product which is worth five grand or ten

Grand plus yeah like like like Vivek over here who’s watching it he’s selling uh you know he’s selling his multimedia services as well as multimedia coaching to people the ticket sizes upwards of 15 000 rupees now the moment you pitched 15 000 rupees people are gonna say okay let me think about it let me do some more googling around it let me do some more amazing around maybe I can buy a book maybe i

Can watch it on youtube maybe I can do this that or the other okay now what you want to do is at that point in time you need to have a very low-cost information product ready for them to have instead of googling and wasting your time and doing 30 days and then you know not being anywhere why don’t you go with us spend this money with us and we’ll provide you all the googling Facebooking done for you, okay so that’s why you want to have an

Info product kind of go with your physical products the third thing is the community and consultation products why because I told you if the market today is there for more complex problem solving okay all the simpler problem solving is done by amazon today if I want to have like if I want to buy bulbs I don’t know what kind of buzz will illuminate my office better I just go to Amazon and there’s like 40 000 different options in all price ranges I want to

Test something out for like 200 bucks there’s a bulb if I want to test something for 5000 bucks there’s some lead to set up or something like that right so all the googling amazoning is done for me in amazon you know if I want to solve a small problem it’s a simple click of a button they’ll deliver today, okay but if it’s for complex problem solving that the market is hot people want to be healthier because definitely post over it people want to definitely

Make more money and be financially more stable people want to definitely pick up some skills we they want to be better parents etc they want to have different things so complex problem solving is a huge market today okay and what you want to do is in complex problem solving there will be long periods of time when they have to go with you and there will be steps in the process where they are definitely going to fail so what happens at that point is

It’s great if they have a community or consultation based which is access to you or access to other people who are on the same journey as them that really adds to a lot of confidence on their side okay hey Pranay what’s up okay okay yeah you’re welcome Vivek man so uh you know if you see that this is kind of adding value just let me know what questions you would like me to answer

I’ll be more than happy to answer the question will show up in about 40 or 50 seconds time it’s a little delayed uh you know or if there’s any specific aspect you want me to talk about just let me know in the comments column okay meanwhile if you’re finding this valuable just write valuable in the comments box yeah just write valuable in the comments box awesome okay now what is the next

Now remember when you build a four-legged stool or three-legged stool, yeah my old mentor, uh you know from my startup days used to say never go to Sinha never go to never take a knife to a gunfight he said never take a knife to a gunfight, yeah so what people do is they have this one little product they go to the market and they try to sell it they don’t understand that their customer is basically looking out of the train window okay

This is the train window and every moment of their day they’re looking out of this window like passengers on a train and you have this one little product you’re like one stall by the wayside and the train is passing by yeah on this phone the thing is always moving yeah things are always moving by whether it’s Facebook google whatever people are doing you know uh things are always moving so if you have one little product

And you’re standing by the wayside and the train is passing this is the train, yeah and it’s moving at 100 kilometers per hour you will not gather enough mind space in the customer’s mind to be able to sell your product at scale to be able to make a profit yeah that’s why never take a knife to a gunfight so what you want to do is now look at the RCS grid over here for a consultation product the returns are very high because today you don’t need to travel you can do

Consultations on zoom nobody expects you to come to the house or office with too much risk of covet and all that so suddenly all the consultations have gone to zoom so as a consultant if you do zoom stuff you know the returns are high because you get paid for 30 minutes of your time one hour of your time depending on your rate you could get paid from 1 000 rupees to maybe 50 000 rupees yeah for 30 minutes one hour whatever okay then you have

Then you have control how much control do you have people who come to you as a consultant automatically know that you’re an authority that’s why they’re coming to you so your control is very high which basically means you can promote other products on the consultation call okay the third thing is sustainability is not there in this particular product line because you’re selling your time for money which is the lowest form of

production line

The lowest form of doing business selling time for money it sounds very cool but regardless of what your market rate is it could be a lack of rupees an hour but the day you stop selling your time or the day you want to spend time with your family all of that is non-productive time that is taking away from your billing time right so sustainability is not there but definitely must do that in the short term in a community-based product the

Returns are not there because usually these community-based workshops and things like that have to be low cost because you have to get the community together yeah they have to be low cost so usually for a workshop you know even if it’s like a baking workshop where people from society or somebody they get together on the weekend you teach them some baking you can’t charge more than maybe 100 200 300 bucks and that

Doesn’t really make you a lot of money but what you can do is you can cover that you can have a camera person show up you know click nice pictures get some interviews with the people participating and you can create it into a marketing material the control around the community-based thing is very high because once the community gels with each other you know they the whole community will have a life even without you okay and the sustainability is also

Very high sustainability is also very high because of that okay then you have commoditized products and services which is products and services that you sell inside of 5000 rupees the returns are low because obviously, you know the rate of a commoditized product or service is not very high if you see 99 of the products that sell on amazon are priced inside of 700 rupees right inside of 700 rupees 99 of the products, okay and then you have control

The control is also very low because this is a highly transactional kind of a business person buys some stuff from here then they buy some stuff from anywhere else you know there is no real loyalty customer royalty so your control is low, okay the sustainability is very high for a commoditized product and service because people are going to buy commoditized products and services all the time yeah that’s never going to go away in our MLM days we used to say

Yeah people are always going to buy groceries and basic home care and personal care staff that’s why most MLM companies multi-level marketing companies are into uh you know commoditized products and services okay so sustainability is pretty high then you have a virtual how-to product which is all of the research done around your basic products so that when customers want more information they can literally pay you and actually get all the

Information all at one place hey sheik Muzaffar welcome welcome welcome welcome welcome welcome food business I’ll talk about that in just a second okay hey Pratap thank you for that comment man thank you harish okay now what is the virtual how-to product once you roll it out the returns are very high because you have to create a virtual how-to product only once let me just see if I have

One of these nice little CDs right okay the cd set is from a very famous person physio physiotherapist in the u.s called dr Kareem Samori and he’s got a little cd which is called five minutes to look younger it’s called five minutes to look younger now before somebody contracts him for a two hundred dollars five hundred dollar consultation if they want to know what exactly do you talk about how are you

Different what he does is he says you just take this cd home it’s ten dollars take the cd home okay and watch it and you’ll get pretty much a very good idea of what you and I are gonna do together and if you don’t like the content bring that cd back tomorrow I’ll pay you your ten dollars back so I got this in us when I was working in us very famous guy called dr Kareem samurai if you ever walk by or if you ever wanna you know he has

These big workshops and stuff he had the weekend events and he also has personal consultations and stuff everything running into thousands of dollars but if you say hey man I want to know what exactly did you do he said just pick up this thing ten dollars just go home and watch it and you’ll come to know exactly what it what we do here what kind of products we offer etc and if you don’t like this cd will give you a lot of value you can start doing these

Workouts at home without even meeting us, yeah but if you don’t like what is in there it doesn’t resonate with you it’s not something you want to get into bringing it back I’ll give you your ten dollars back very simple man very simple okay now this virtual how to product ten dollars you need to create it only once you can duplicate it forever because it takes less than a dollar to write a new CDN package you can give it to a company

They’ll create a thousand copies a thousand dollars yeah every time you sell one of these CDs it’s basically ten dollars straight nine dollars of profit, yeah very high returns the second thing is the control is very high with an information product because today what you can do is you can have all kinds of tracking, etc built into it you can literally understand the customer’s emotions if you just have some basic pixel tracking cookie tracking built

Into it okay now if you would like to understand how all this technology works and how you can have ninja-level techniques and get into the mind of your customer just hit that link below startupfrat.com product it will give you a 40-minute super solid master class a free master class worth at least 10 to 15 000 rupees value and at the end of that you will get our offer for the month if you want to uh get to have work with a team or get to consult with me once or twice

Okay now sustainability the sustainability with a virtual how-to product is low why is it low because information gets old with time if you’ll see a lot of in this whole, uh you know a lot of people ask you know coaches a lot of people ask me also when you because I also have paid programs online right they say the man will I you know um you know can I find this information on

Youtube you know can I get this information for free yeah a lot of information you can find for free on youtube except that the timing is of great essence yeah most of these paid products are evolving much faster so what happens is the information that you get on youtube will typically be yesterday’s information and you can’t win in the share market by using yesterday’s stock tip you need tomorrow’s stock tip today

Right so information has to be upgraded along you know very very frequently so that’s why sustainability is low of this kind of product but you if you put a couple of you know people behind it if you have maybe a web designer or somebody or some content creator behind it you can pretty much stay ahead of the game, okay so this is why you need to have this format of products physical goods plus community environment plus information products

Okay that is the secret now what I’m going to do is I’m going to walk you through a real-life scenario I can’t walk you through very much real life very many real-life scenarios and a lot of the information etc we don’t give out that easily but if you want to know about how people in the startup frat community have been utilizing this kind of techniques to literally uh dominate the market then just hit that link that’s

Startupfrat.com product right after this call okay now imagine if you were like somebody obscure I’ll talk to talk to you about a very obscure kind of an environment let’s say you’re a chess coach or a tutor I use that analogy because I really played that game very much when I was a kid I was a school champion later I became a college champion also okay so I’m a chess coach or tutor let’s say you I Said okay.

I will drop all of this I want to just teach chess to people okay I will not be able to sell that product in today’s market for very many reasons now a lot of this will resonate with a lot of you guys even if you have hard products or different services because your products or services are probably outdated second nobody has the time or focus to engage with you on this front, yeah nobody wants to learn chess really the

The third thing is people say I have other things to do better to work on major life issues then learn how to do camera work better to work on major life issues then you know do x y and z, okay the fourth thing is it’s boring the fifth thing is we are living in an era of tick tock and pub g yeah so people are kind of the world is moving ahead of your products and services the fourth the next thing is pricing you will never be able to price it enough to earn a

Decent uh take-home income for yourself and the moment you price it ahead people are gonna say why should I pay you so much I’ll just learn from youtube read a book or something like that, okay so that is the reason, uh you know you have all these barriers now if you’re a product seller or a product maker if you’re an entrepreneur or want to be an entrepreneur you probably don’t realize that uh you know you’re kind of uh you know you have these problems but these are

The problems by people you don’t have mind share with the people and when you show up with your one little product or whatever you know the train is moving so fast that people don’t think about it’s like you you’re sitting in a train looking outside there’s some guy selling something it doesn’t matter right so next give me one second let me just awesome next now

Now what you do first of all is you start with a sniper message which is why would somebody learn chess from you people would learn chess if they’re growing children they need to expand their IQ they will not want to do it but you can convince the parents that they need to do it yeah because there’s an ever ever-changing competitive environment outside and the education by the time this education they’re out of school and college that education will

Already be outdated that’s why they need to have certain uh methods built in to constantly sharpen their IQ and one of the things is mind games like chess, okay and you can say even if they have an addiction to video games and aversion to social situations I can really help them okay you start with a sniper message the thing that they’re going to ask you customer objection number one is how do you do that how do how will you help my kid improve their IQ at which point you

Say at which point you say I have a consultation you don’t go with your coaching straight you say I have a consultation where for 1500 rupees in 90 minutes I’ll talk to you about the four best methods in order to help your children, uh you know to improve their IQ over long periods of time so that even when their school and college education is obsolete by the time they pass out nobody’s going to get a college

Placement over here at least the IQ will help them right at least the IQ will help them okay so my consultation is 1500 rupees and in 90 minutes I’ll tell you over the four best methods and what are the results now the here’s the thing the price point is very important because for most people living in tier one or tier two cities for most people living in tier 1 or tier 2 cities instead of going doing all their amazonian googling and YouTubing they

Might as well pay 1500 rupees they might as well pay 1500 rupees which is why you see a lot of people on Facebook when they give ads for informational products you know five day workshop or come into a master class the price point is inside of 500 rupees why because people are like okay instead of finding it out from youtube might as well pay this guy let’s do it, yeah so the price point has to be simple and easy, okay the consultation gives you 1500 rupees and you

Automatically become an authority because somebody just paid your money to learn from you they come in in 90 minutes you give them super solid information what are the different ways to improve their IQ how do you do aptitude tests how do you do mind games which includes chess how do you improve your nutrition how do your you know athletics and physical sports play into your, uh you know into your IQ building because they build all kinds of

Competitive environment team play etc give them a good solid consultation not only focus on your product, yeah one of the big mistakes that consultants make is that they’re so focused on promoting their own product the consultation by itself is useless yeah so when you charge for a consultation make sure you give a good consultation three out of four scenarios should not lead to your product that is my rule of thumb what’s my rule of thumb three out

Of four scenarios do not lead to my product okay they lead somewhere else you know all kinds of different things okay now when they say that I have taken this consultation from you I really appreciate it I got a lot of information a lot of valuable information what do you think I should do next what recommend what do you recommend I do

Next, then you can say that three out of these four I personally don’t have any idea or I can recommend you to people I don’t know how they work you need to find out for yourself but I can provide you in the contacts of the industry leaders in the other three and in the fourth one we ourselves have a chess workshop which we do on the weekends we basically rent out any particular societies clubhouse and then we get all the kids together they play each other

And then we rate the games and we have prizes it’s a very good environment great place for your kids to spend a Sunday cost about four thousand rupees a month for four workshops or eight thousand rupees a month for four workshops you know that’s a great place for your kid to start why don’t you try for one month and then see how it goes right and then you charge them four thousand five thousand six thousand one in four customers will convert one in

Three or one and four customers will convert like this provided that they have the paying power if they’re really interested and they have the paying power you know then they’ll probably invest okay now what you’re doing is you’re getting paid to promote the product you’re getting paid to promote your product yeah what is the product is personal training but it doesn’t come in yet yeah what happens is the kid comes over to the

Workshops four or five times or something like that you know they play some games with their other companies they win some games they lose some games and nobody likes losing so the next thing the parents are going to come in yana what we would like him to do or her to do is we would like them to win more games yeah we’d like them to get better at this so what do you recommend is the thing what do you recommend is the thing

Over here also you should always provide them certain resources say you know you should read this particular book that you will find on amazon you should go to this youtube channel or something hopefully you have your own youtube channel and say we provide some free information or you can go to our math matters channel and read some other they’ll be able to start and if you want to hyper supercharge this process and save yourself a bunch of time we have a

Personal tutoring service where we tutor the kids for 2000 rupees per session I can guarantee you that in about 10 sessions time they will be at a different level they could be playing into school or something like that and the parents agree here also there’s a conversion rate involved about one and five because now you’re going really high ticket two thousand per session means that even if they take five

Sessions you know in a month that you’re charging them 10000 rupees per month right so again you basically funnel a bunch of customers into your main product the personal tutoring service which is your main product, yeah but the water the difference is that the people that you’re talking to are extremely highly qualified okay going back to the cd dr Kareem samurai does not waste his time selling his product to people he says

Here’s a cd it’s ten dollars take it home watch it and it will immediately tell you what you know what it what is to be done it’ll give you a lot of information the value in here is worth at least 100 and for some reason if you don’t resonate you say this is not the route I want to go to bring it back I’ll pay you 10 back simple now the amount of people who buy the 10 cd and go through it the quality of that crowd is very

Very high so when these people come even if one in three or one and four converts for his weekend workshop which is an exercise session or whatever you know the quality of that customer is so high that they’re able to sell other things on the back of it which could be supplemented or you know other allied products okay I uh already gave you a few examples of how this works for different businesses in the previous training so just uh

Just go back scroll down in the hangout and watch previous training then you’ll be able to figure out uh you know how all of this stuff works yeah meanwhile for the business owners and marketers, yeah if this is valuable just let me know in the comments box what you like to find about what what you find most valuable about this session okay I’m just reading your comments in here and

Let me do the last part and then we’ll go towards some more interaction okay so personal tutoring service 2000 rupees per session now what happens is once they’ve taken a personal tutoring service they’ve become a little better etc they want to expand outside your community they don’t want to keep doing the workshops they don’t want to keep doing this whoever the 1 in 10 customers are they want to expand outside remember this is

A growth game which means at the end of the day 100 customers will want to be really good at this you know 150 customers who want to be really good at this while everybody is paying you you’ve got to serve those people okay so what you do is you can have something like a placement product or you can have something like a personal consultation is high-end coaching you could do you know fifty thousand rupees a quarter lack of rupees

A year or something like that or you can have a placement product which is an app membership chess.com kind of thing you know just create your own app and the price for that is about 150 rupees per month again you can do this two ways you can take the price point up go to a lack of rupees a year if you have that self-image to protect that price point or just have an easy to you know easy to decide 150 rupees a month just they just put their credit

The card in your app and they’re able to kind of be a part of the community where you keep having fun stuff and 150 bucks a month nobody ever cares yeah it’s just like your kindle prime membership or this is just like your audible membership or youtube private 150 160 bucks nobody cares I I don’t remember when I took the audible membership I don’t even listen to so many audio books anymore because I prefer youtube premium and I’m still paying 170 bucks a month

For the last two three years okay so once again if you want to understand how exactly to put all these together just hit that link the startupfrat.com product you’ll find the 40-minute master class which will pretty much answer all your questions however for people who’ve been answering questions asking questions over here I’ll just come to their questions in just a few minutes okay now remember we are basically changing the marketing

The approach there are two different approaches, okay one is a traditional approach and one is the one that startup frat recommends which is the digital which is the not the digital the demand generation approach yeah the demand generation approach okay uh so what is a traditional approach is primarily product based this is my product here it is a demand generation approach is a progression based which is here’s my

Product here’s another product depending on how deep you want to dip your feet into it there are different product lines right very very important traditional approach is transactional Kiranawala mentality let these people footfall is there let the people spend keep spending money with me and I’m good as long as I have the footfall as long as I have the location I’m good but this sort of approach is not working in the

Slow down time because the footfall is not there suddenly and people just don’t have that kind of money anymore right with the demand generation approach you’ve got a deeper level of involvement which means somebody who has decided even during the lockdown that I learned how to do yoga at home it makes me feel great now the first thing that I’m gonna do after lockdown is I’m gonna get involved with the community that’s gonna help me get ahead

Very immediately you know you have access to their uh to their budgets because these are things that people don’t take lightly and the more the health situation gets worse so the financial situation gets worse the more serious people are going to become yeah because this is deep game maintaining your health over long periods of time is a deep game maintaining your finances over a long period of time with deep game learning

How to do a business like multi-level marketing or something a very deep game right it’s just not about you know just sign up for the scheme and you know just that sort of thing doesn’t work people understand that they need to know the inside outs about how everything is done and they want to have a deeper involvement okay traditional approach discount and profit base you want the profit the customer wants a discount demand generation approach

It’s about the average lifetime value of the relationship if people resonate with you they will invest with you again and again and go deeper and deeper into your products because there is value in that relationship similarly with you you are trying to screen out the customers and find the highest value customers using your information products or placement products or anything like that you’re trying to screen out the riffraff

Customers and getting only the very serious customers and you’re creating newer and newer product lines for the more and more serious customers okay traditional approach commoditized solution you want to wipe your kitchen with a mat that doesn’t get wet or something 200 bucks on amazon finished okay demand generation approach is community-based problem solving of complex issues complex problems that people face okay

Traditional approach high competition, because anybody can get into it, demand generation approach low competition why low competition, because the people that will resonate with you will not resonate with other people that will resonate with you, will not resonate with other people okay uh traditional approach mass production you have to have mass production to create low price points yeah that’s how amazon

Who is the biggest mass producer on the planet amazon and china are two people okay divine generation approach is you learn do and teach what you learn you learn about what your customers want next you do it with your which means you implement it on yourself if it works you teach it to your customers, okay or you bring them into your product lines that create high value over time okay once again you want to hear about real-life case studies of how people have

Implemented these approaches in different industries startupfrat.com forward slash product okay now when you hit that uh link which is startupfry.com product you’ll find a link to our 40-minute master class you see this kind of a screen you have the red button, yeah you already watched this uh this training with me so you don’t need to watch the other video just hit that red button book your slot and you will be able to access our master class

Okay there’s a 40-minute master class at the end of which you’re getting you’re also going to get the access to if you want us to come and help you with it you want our services you want to have a consultation with me or something there are special offers only for the hangout members which is why this live class I’m doing only inside the hangouts not being published anywhere it’s not on youtube it’s not on my Facebook page nowhere else not on startup frat not on

The blog nowhere this is inside the hangout because it’s only for the hangout members that we have these special things going on okay if you found this valuable so so far just right just write valuable or if you have any questions just write your questions in the comments box okay now Muzaffar you’d ask me about how do you do it in a food business so your food business is not about food any more okay food business about themes okay food

Business is about themes in a food business depending on what you have a cloud kitchen or a restaurant there are what you call it there are heavy times and there are light times in a restaurant the heavy times are Friday night Saturday night Sunday afternoon, okay the other times are lighter what about a cloud kitchen there are certain times which are heavier certain times

Which are lighter you want to find a theme which helps you attract a certain kind of customer who is in bad bad need of the of their of your services so, for example, healthy cooking at home is a big issue because lots of people lots of couples were working uh working couples who did not find the need to cook at home suddenly when they were locked down this realized I don’t know how to cook and the food I’m making for

Myself is crap and I hate it right so what you want to do is during the downtime you want to have a workshop where you get healthy cooking and you teach it to people which could be men and women because even men need to learn how to cook now yeah and most men are now very very aware of the fact that they need to be good cooks so you bring them in you do the workshops you bring them in you teach them to stuff you charge for the raw material you charge for the

Consultation or the event you cover that event with the basic I cover most of my events with the basic Oneplus 3, Oneplus 6 camera right Oneplus 6 camera and you put it on your uh put it on your Facebook page run some paid marketing um you know and have other people book the whole thing becomes a running thing every workshop or every successful this thing has customer testimonials and it has the cover photos and videos go straight into Facebook paid marketing

Always do pay marketing and none of this other stuff is posting on Facebook and nothing then none of that brings money okay and then promote the next workshop and every workshop should be priced a thousand bucks or 1200 bucks or 1500 bucks not very very expensive but still enough to make your profit so what you’re doing is you’re collecting in one event you’re collecting even if you have you know 20 people or something like that even if

You collect 700 rupees profit of every customer okay you’re collecting you know 15 000 rupees in the downtime which could be a Thursday morning or something like that okay and then what you do is you create product let’s say you’re teaching them how to bake okay then you have your own cakes lined out there okay so when they’re learning how to bake imagine their cake goes bad they don’t want to go home

Empty-handed right they say you know I’m sorry your cake went bad or whatever you can practice at home meanwhile on the way out just pick up my cake or something like that now that cake that they’re picking out on the way out is high profit yeah because you make it for 200 bucks and they want to buy it for 800 bucks or something like that so you can really spin this stuff and keep that community very close together okay so in our

In our community now in our launch community which is where people are working with us to launch their startups etc we have many many case studies where people have utilized team building with a down market like a restaurant or a lounge and made it perennial which means every single day they’re having a party every single day they’re having a full house okay if you have a cloud kitchen what

Can you do you can have healthy meals delivered to the home for work from home couples along with their family they have the kids over there you can have a theme which says specifically for work from home couples you know healthy stuff for kids easy to digest stuff for the working couple and extremely low calorific value so they don’t feel drowsy so you have a lunch theme and you can have a dinner theme so people who are buying the lunch

The team like it the same and this is amazing I’ll buy them a dinner theme also the dinner theme can be more caloric intensive and high nutrition the lunch theme can be more of salads and stuff and low caloric value so when they eat they don’t feel sleepy, okay and they immediately realize the value of this meal over any other meal, okay and you can do family packs for kids and things like that and that’s how you advertise yourself you can even advertise on

Sweetie as a matter that’s no problem but you need to stand out from all those millions of people who are there in the food businesses as well okay so we have lots of people in our community who have been able to successfully turn around a food business um if you watch this master class we just startupfrat.club/product you’ll get to see some of those case studies and everything okay so I hope that answers your question uh

Harish is saying I’m waiting for your invitation to talk to you so we will absolutely do it just give me another day or so Friday we will do it okay it’s my commitment to you we’ll do it this week, no not to worry okay so I owe you a consultation harish I’ll you will definitely have it thank you Pradeep thank you very much and one last thing if you are a DSA multi-level marketer sales agent home loan person LIC person

Then I have a live webinar for two hours tomorrow, uh so you just hit this link which is startupfrat.com/webinar and you can get to meet me tomorrow for two hours so this is specifically for ideas direct selling agents multi-level marketers affiliate marketers LIC agents mutual fund salesmen if you are selling a branded product where your stature is not as much as the product status so immediately people are going to say okay let me google you let

A Final Call with 6 Am Club Members

A Final Call with 6 Am Club Members

This is Rajat along with uh members of the community from the 6 a.m club I have come I have Ramya I have Shikha welcome guys and welcome to all Of you guys in the hangout who may be watching us at this early hour okay.

So, this is today the final session of the 6 am club where for a period of 21 days we have consistently written our goals every day and we have done our goal cards these beauties are called gold cards okay just like your credit card you pull from the bank you have a gold card you pull from the universe all right so uh we’ve done that for a consistent period of 21 days.

Today is the final session so before we signed off the community wanted to say goodbye and happy new year to you guys and although some of you guys have probably requested in an earlier video to be a part of it etc we just wanted to give you a chance to apply for next month’s 6 a.m club it runs for 21 days every morning at 6 00 a.m okay and we do these activities as a community and it has really helped us achieve some of our goals get clear in

Our minds get ahead in life and just delete a bunch of different crap that populates your life and basically makes you muddled and confused right uh before I go ahead with the gratitude session and a happy new year message from all of us individually I’d just like to play a quick testimonial role just to uh just to give you perspective on how this thing has helped us okay this was an idea the community formed in one of the team calls and then

We went for it just like from next morning onward we just went for it now it’s been 21 days awesome let me just play this little clip for you and then uh I have a quick message of gratitude as some as all the others have for you as well grateful to this community who comes in the morning because I think this is one of the best decisions I made in joining the 6 am club I can’t even

Slay that this is a personality change which I’m feeling definitely we have found something new uh really changed the perspective I can see the transformational change what I’ve learned from you that you have to be who you are own yourself uh rejuvenating experience in the morning some connect has been happened the same club is fantastic please join it the best way to start your day it will make you get rid of your old useless

Unnecessary habits very quickly okay okay so basically apart from other things I’ll just say something about myself personally I was able to create recreate this year you know ever since the lockdown I used to get messages from individuals saying hey you know I’ve heard about you can you help me in my business etc.

I would barely respond to those emails and those responses because I’d be like well I don’t know if these guys can probably pay me or something but hey in the lockdown I was able to recreate a useful and creative desire of mine in order to help you know some such people and we got started with the startup hangout which is this community and I was able to create a useful and creative like kind of bring to fruition a

The creative desire of mine that had been lying unfulfilled for a long time so I am very very thankful for that I want to pass this intention to you my wish for you is that your inner self-image is able to emerge and you are able to imprint or enrich upon the world, uh you know the inner gift that is my intention for you so I’ve been working harder since the lockdown ended because I once I got addicted to putting these videos online I didn’t want it to end.

They have been patches up and down but broadly the community has been kept going and like I said I’ve been working twice as hard but for some strange reason I have become calmer and my mind is clearer my intention for you is that you yourself in the year 2021 are given more to do than you can handle and that you can submit to that you can evolve to a higher self and you’re able to see
Clearer and trust the universe for its gifts.

I’ve been able to snip a lot of drag weights away and thus I’ve been able to swim freer, yeah and a lot of baggage, etc that I’ve carried so far is not relevant in the new life I think a lot of you know a lot of incidents this year have taught us all that and you know a lot of people have actually said that we were able to snip away a lot of baggage so my intention for you is that you have

The courage to cut the cord uh holding you know that may be holding you to a past life or something and that you are able to walk right and walk free and be somebody new and not be the same past you anymore and as always new journeys have opened my eyes as to how imperfect I am so a lot of things that you know that we try to do never get done and then you know sometimes we end up behaving in

In strange ways that are not really us and we need to introspect on how much we need to improve that’s I’m talking about me okay so every time I go down this strange path my wife would probably point out oh you’re talking about yourself just make sure everybody knows you’re talking about yourself so yeah yeah I need to improve and I need to introspect and I need to admit that I have been wrong on many occasions and correct myself before it’s too late so

My intention for you is that are able to see your imperfection as well as deeply accept them and correct them for your sake and for your loved ones and the journey will be beautiful and you will emerge um you know with a lot of respect for yourself with a lot of respect that you will earn from others when you go through this journey of self-transformation okay and people will admire you for your humility right uh

And finally, I hope and wish for you that 2021 is your best year yet money-wise family wise self wise health wise and world view wise so happy new year guys a happy new year and I will pass it on to Ramya hey guys it’s been great I have total gratitude for having been part of this 6 am club it’s changed uh definitely my view I’ve been able to write down the

Goals since I’ve met rajas and the team here um perhaps I have not been able to uh you know to participate in all the weekly calls uh as yet but yes I definitely intend to do that as well very soon and my intention for you uh for all of you is good health that’s I think one of the best assets that we can all have wealth in abundance

Success is a result of your own efforts may this year bring all of you a direction a purpose to your life clarity to all your visions and may you be able to achieve what you desire with ease uh with an intention and uh making an impact to all the lives that you uh have around you because it’s your efforts which will make these efforts uh make these uh changes in the life that you touch and then you have a great great year

Ahead all the best and wish you a good year awesome Kim can you take that away from us yes yes yes yes okay so for anyone who’s watching us, uh my intention for you is to open your heart to possibilities yeah there’s much more than what is already there yeah give your ideas a chance, yeah do not uh you know do not relocate

Them just um before trying and don’t undervalue yourself and uh go in the direction of uh you know giving your I could say giving your dreams things by way of giving uh your thoughts a chance giving your ideas a chance and you will see that there is so much to learn from this journey uh

We’ve talked about it in the 6 am club also the journey is the reward right so please take the first step and get going doing something different this year which is self-fulfilling and is just for you yeah thank you so much I’ll pass it on to Rituu now thank you Kim and very good morning to everyone

Who’s watching us today uh it was a thrilling experience first of all to be a member of this 6 am club because I never thought that uh it would be so enjoyable and such a learning process for me and I’m sure for others as well so I have a long list of things to say so, first of all, I would like to share my takeaways from this 6 a.m club?

So there are many so I’ve actually written them down so that I don’t forget so so yes this is again a very special book for me because all my goals are here so this is an inspiration for me for the next new year to keep going all right so uh so my takeaways here are uh first of all related to the team, uh I’m uh and it is an uh gratitude for me uh from me

Uh to the team and uh it’s gratitude for myself being a part of a team because uh I believe that you know teamwork is uh team is together everyone achieves more so when I say this I really uh can understand because uh being together every morning uh we all have been able to make some bit of difference in our lives and I could truly feel that and uh

Then uh there is something I want to share and my intention for you is that the distance between the dreams and your reality is your action so when I say this I mean that whatever I’ve written here I am not able to complete everything but then because since it’s a goal so it will keep me reminded that wherever the action has not been taken I couldn’t make it out so it is very important, uh to take action to fulfill

Your dreams and uh the intention for everyone who is listening and hearing us is uh there are times when uh we have intentions to move ahead to make bring change in our life but then we really don’t understand what to do and how to do so uh I think uh when you don’t understand

Anything surrender yourself believe in yourself and uh things will move uh things will uh change in your life just keep going and don’t give up and uh one last thing I want to say uh so this is I’ve written that you don’t have to be perfectly okay having a bad day is also good enough small steps also make progress and most importantly asking for help is

Strength so whenever I got stuck I have always asked for help from my coach who has been very kind to me to uh keep replying whenever uh you know a lot many times you keep bothering him unnecessarily so but then yes uh he’s there out he or even other members as we have been having discussions in

The group every morning so every discussion every intention every thought of uh each member has really helped in a way, uh and people love you and they appreciate you so never under underestimate yourself and uh this is uh a group this is the best thing I could have uh in the year 2020 and I wish uh success for all of you good health for all of you for the coming year

And uh yes we are keep going for the next session and uh we are proud to be part of this uh 6 a.m club and I’m happy that we are continuing with it so uh best of luck to all of you thank you all, right guys, just watch till the end if you want to be a part of the next uh next month session I’ll be giving you the uh the steps on how to do so but for

Now let’s just move on to Shikha later um so one of the best things that could um happen is that you’re in a like mind group sharing your voice telling your intentions sharing what you want to do for the future looking at the light at the end of the

and I would like to show you the result of you know you can share I enabled it this is also my intention for uh uh everybody I don’t know if you can see it now can you see uh you can you uh share from the bottom bar okay um it’s coming awesome

Can you see that it’s coming it’s on its way it’s buffering value these two things you know your spiritual anchor and your values can keep you floating keep you um take the order of the storm so I mean that’s where my intention for everybody is that everybody is stable spiritually and you know

Awesome I’m so happy to see this amazing thank you hopefully this should be out in the next six months I’m giving it six months and may be up here let’s see how much I can you know put myself to test amazing okay great awesome vishal can you take it

Yeah definitely I can take it yeah so the journey of 6 a.m has been great I have not been very regular but uh you know you see others and then you get motivated so we all of our all of us are joining and

I’m feeling great I’m going out and going where we are talking I mean I’m really getting a lot of directions and a lot of wisdom in whatever I am doing and basically, it is making me strive towards better action takers, and when it’s like in our childhood days like when

Elders say us like you know whatever you do at the morning between six to seven that will be highly efficient so until whatever we are talking whatever we’re discussing you know after whatever it is actually embedded into us so it’s a great uh whatever knowledge we are having or whatever knowledge we are able to express or whatever we are getting is really having a great experience in

My life both subconsciously and consciously there is a lot of inspiration and from others and I when you see the consistency of uh just that like he’s like for the weekly call you’re coming at nine o’clock from say from April you know it’s not easy to just be punctual at nine and uh and when you see other when he sees him that he can do this at nine o’clock for the weekly meeting and

Whatever he has committed us while we joined his first program of startup frat launch program so and having to do it for consistently for one or two-three years you know it’s it is like uh it’s not easy so for us he just gave an option to do for 21 days and we found how we were able to not follow it properly so it’s a great journey and I’m very happy to meet um.

All of our people who are able to come and somehow we are all connected and we are going in a goal and it’s like it is giving you a good spine to convert your dreams into the goal because dreams without a goal are not very effective so it’s a great thing to have and my intention for everyone is like just be happy and appreciate others.

If you appreciate others will also appreciate you and you will have a lot of energy to do whatever you want to do so I feel it’s a great experience and we are very much happy to be part of it and we are lucky to be part of it in our life so this is what I wanted to say yeah thank you

For the opportunity awesome all right guys so I’ve got a lot of different comments on earlier videos every time that this initiative was mentioned um but obviously we were coming to an end we do this for 21 days every month.

Why Do We Need To Start Thinking Outside Of Our Comfort Zone

Why Do We Need To Start Thinking Outside Of Our Comfort Zone

Hello hello hello what’s up can you see me just write av okay in the comments box if you can see me all right let’s get cracking okay give one sec just let me adjust my screen so the topic for today is to clear up the confusion on what needs to be done in the new market should we do something should we not do something should we just stay put and just chill out and not complicate our life.

That’s the main thing and if something is to be done then what are the variables we are looking at what are the things that are in our power what are the things that are not in our power et cetera et cetera okay now I have a quick mind map and a PowerPoint to share with you so you have some visuals etc that you can access and then I have some homework so if you can see me all right and hear me all right just write av okay in the comments box and we will get cracking.

Just let me refresh my browser so I know what you guys are seeing awesome now let me just share my screen okay to be or not to be that’s the title for today to be or not to be okay now what are the things that we are going to talk about here about in today’s live session the first is the why okay why do we need to start thinking why do you need to start thinking outside of your current comfort zone is okay.

During the lockdown when you have when people are like I don’t know if I’m gonna keep my job or not I don’t know if my company’s gonna survive or not I don’t know if my small business is gonna survive or not everybody was you know looking for options and now some of that fever has died down because you know I have a friend who says hey man I tried to do all of these things and I was extremely uncomfortable.

I had to learn all kinds of new skills but after the lockdown, I realized man my job is still there so I don’t know if I need to think laterally or not I don’t know if I need to uh you know to think outside the box or not or get out of my comfort zone or not right um so that’s fair yeah so if you think there is no need then that’s cool but um let me just walk you through some of the aspects that I think of when I’m faced with a question like this

Because just like you I love to be in my comfort zone I like to chill and not do much work and uh you know not to take too much tension and not take too much risk, especially financial risk yeah so what is the why is this that we have turning tides we have it we have turning tides which mean you see a lot of companies that were uh you know that that that you know there was a lot of wave of um you know new companies big brands, an etc hat was building up in the last five-ten years.

Then a lot of them have not done well uh recently you see a lot of industrialists and all you know getting hounded by the government for not paying up their dues and all of that yeah so the cracks are starting to appear in the system and usually when cracks start to appear in the system the economic opportunities that are presented.

If you’re smart in a period of maybe just a quick couple of years you can reposition and change your station in life by you know by one or two stations when I say to change your station in life I’m not talking about increasing your pay by you know lack of rupees a month or something
Like that.

Doubling your pay I’m talking about 10xing your pay and reaching a different lifestyle different level altogether within a matter of maybe a couple of years okay that’s what economic opportunity usually which is you know which comes with some depression some readjustment of the market etc that is what economically of economic opportunity offers us and usually the larger players are not very well said to take advantage of it.

Because they are already spread two things and they’re too thin in their traditional models okay so so people who are who’ve been looking for an opportunity they have flexible and that they can utilize speed which we’re going to talk about and then they can totally reposition okay we have turning tides and all of that and uh the biggest issue is the biggest issue my friend is the world is changing so fast that you need to build something called a high-income Skill set you to need to build something called a high-income skill set.

What is a high-income skill set let me give you a let me give you an analogy okay so I have a, uh you know I don’t know if you know but I have a medical degree from one of India’s top-rated medical colleges yes probably the number one or the number two rated medical college in India right and uh 50 years ago having a medical degree was considered to be you know a super high-income skill set.

which means you were invincible you know you were a doctor you had the power to heal and the whole world would come to you you had you know you had glory you had probably financial opportunities and all of that right you had all you know you had all the glory and everything okay in today’s time is probably not so it takes too much time to build that high-income skill set and the demand-supply situation is not very very great in this country.

Especially because India is loaded overloaded with education educated workforce overloaded with MBAs overloaded with doctors overloaded with engineers overloaded with architects and chartered accountants yeah oversupply okay so the demand-supply situation is not in your favor let me talk to you about another high-income skill set.

So something that was a high-income skill set 50 years back is probably you know an average income skill set today because you know opportunities are uh you know opportunities even outside that profession are uh extremely wide and huge what is the high-income skill set back in the 1980s late 80s 90s you know the technology world

Which is the computer world primarily led by us realized that the computer coding system in you know the in the computers code the year the way they notated the year was two digits and y2k was coming which is you know the year would change from 98 99 2000 it would become zero right so back in 1988 1989 they started realizing

Oh my god we need to change the coding systems of the computer right through the kernel and how can we do that we need you to know people to actually log into the computers and actually do a lot of engineering at the base at the kernel level of these computers and we have all kinds of computers in the country so we need uh you know huge masses of engineers and engineers that are available

You know the only country which is loaded with an educated workforce is India and people like Narayan Moti and all they realize oh my god this is a good opportunity so what they did was they created a little tunnel they created a tunnel from India to us where they had this system where they would either uh get accelerated approvals for l1 visas or you know the 1099 or 1098 the contractor, uh you know the contractor set up in us and get

These Indian people Indian engineers on a contract basis you know at 19 an hour or whatever you know to work on the computers over there and they would charge you know for that service so it’s the same engineer sitting in India brought over to us but Infosys is charging a premium pricing because they’re able to do it at a scale that was a high-income skill set in those days okay there was a kind of you know the part derogatory term that was used for it was

Called body shopping body shopping yeah Infosys started off as a body shop which means all they did was get the skill sets from here to there and charge an overage on their labor, okay and it was a high-income skill set in those times it made you know many uh Indian technology companies very big companies today you know multi-billion dollar giants just getting the supply and the demand met up you know meta bring your meet up the supply and the demand that was a high

Income skill set today you know if you try to do that if you said hey man you know I’m going to get 10 000 engineers over to us to do to do your technology stuff for you you will not be very welcome because you know the demand-supply situation has changed they don’t welcome that kind of thing so much anymore and you can see that in the political statements and all of that right so that’s a high-income skill set back from 1990 today not so much okay so

You need to build a high-income skill set let’s go to where my PowerPoint is where is my PowerPoint okay give me one second, yeah okay give me one second give him one second now we are gonna assess okay whether we need to think not to think my job is secure my business is

Secure oh thank god I survived GST demonetization coverage everything I’m doing is good man do I need to do something else and I know I need to just chill and relax and have some relief yeah maybe a good option for some may not be a good option for others let’s review it okay to be or not to be that is the question William Shakespeare now I’ll just give you a quick history lesson okay why because history repeats history repeats

Back into the 2008 market crash which had a similar financial implication like the one we have like the Kobe does had uh today, uh you know I was working in us I was working for the company and what really happened was that the markets went up and down and due to some disbalances that the failure rate of companies fell low the growth rate of companies fell high and all this was in six years preceding 2008 and sure as hell you know one little puncture event

Like the housing crash you know just upturned everything the company started bankrupting left right and center you know the growth rate of companies started going down people started jumping out of the windows creating suicide and all of those things where every day in the papers over there okay public and private investment if you think the government or the private investors or this foreign direct investment is going

To come and help you it’s not because history said that in those times all of these big countries developed capitalist countries public and private investment tanked okay small businesses got hit the worst okay and you know the market kind of went down it went down about two years later it came up and in a period of the next two to three years the market basically recovered why because the markets work in financial cycles yeah unless you’re

Heading into like world war three or something the financial cycle is gonna reverse and it’s gonna you know to come up because that is the way financial markets work okay that is the final way financial markets work now we gotta you keep this in mind when we are trying to build any high-income skill set okay we’re gonna keep that in mind now that is the opportunity when the market goes down and the market goes up uh back in the u.s you know back in 2008 I saw a

A lot of people making millions of dollars and these were the people who are individuals corporate uh you know corporate uh employees small business owners who were able to reposition build high-income skill sets and take advantage of the upsurge in the market that came later okay now if you if you’re a corporate employee and you say you know I’m doing well my company is not you know I don’t think my job is in danger and my company

Is paying me in dollars or whatever you know I’m all right and that’s fine probably the session is not for you but if you want to take the opportunity for quantum jumps okay so I keep talking about my own uh you know experience between 2008 and 2011 I was working for a small scale agency which is a performance marketing agency and we tripled our revenue every or doubled our revenue every year for

Three years straight so by the end of it we were literally like 10 12 times where we had started in 2008 when the market had hit so instead of looking at it as a threat or instead of looking at it as a comfort zone oh my god I survived I’m all right yeah yeah I was working with a mentor who said you know this is the time to make a killing and triple hour triple the value of our stock holding in the company by increasing the revenue of the company three times anyway

What is the high-income skill set for today I will reveal to you it is called product packaging and everyone on this group you know the 10 11 000 people on this group every one of you can actually learn it and use it I’m going to teach you how to do it today okay and then I’m going to give you some homework okay and then I’m going to give you some homework so if you can see me hear me just throw

Me a thumbs up or comment in the column so I know that you guys are there and I will continue okay now where are we okay product packaging high-income skill set now history repeats so whatever I’ve done this in two or three different recessions, okay the first was my post 911 recession when the

Markets are tanking and the planes that hit the world trade center and the u.s economy was in the doldrums I was in India I was working in a hospital job I did my Mbbs completed my mobs in 2004 and I was working in a hospital job the world was teetering from the aftermath of the 911 crash but when the market started swinging up a mentor of mine told me if you’d get into sales and marketing this is the time I did that and you know that’s a

Story for another day but I’ve done this twice or thrice so so I can see you know that history repeats I’ve been lucky to take part in all of these you know all of these upsurges and changed my station in life to something that I couldn’t have believed when I was working in my hospital job okay now we’ll talk about something called the 10 thousand hour rule we’ll talk about something called the one thousand hour rule we’ll talk about the importance of

The environment and then we will see how many of you guys are action takers okay now remember the problem an opportunity mindset is the more the problems the more the opportunities, okay and everyone gets paid to solve some problems if you’re feeling threatened in your business because business going up and down due to all the social-political health situation or whatever if you feel

Threatened in your job if you’re a corporate employee and you think oh my god you know then chances are that the problem you started out solving a few years ago is not as painful anymore okay for the people that you’re solving it for that is why you feel threatened that’s why you feel man things are not going according to my expectation etc okay so everyone gets paid to solve some problem and uh you know the reason that you may be

Feeling a little threat and all is probably because the problem you started out solving a few years back is not as painful anymore so you need to find other painful problems to solve okay the more painful the problem the better it is the more people impacted by that problem the better it is and the more the number of people impacted the more they will be willing to pay you the more chances that people are willing to pay you and that is how you know that is how

You start off always think about what is the problem the market that I can help somebody solve and this could come from your professional expertise this will come from your personal expertise, for example, uh marketing for me is actually personal expertise because I don’t have a degree in it all I have is like a medical degree I never got an MBA or something so for me marketing is a passion I help people and companies and you know some of my

Corporate clients solve the sales and marketing problems I get paid for it is good it’s become a profession over the last 10 15 years now okay uh but when it started out it was like a hobby okay today if I were to help somebody and somebody told me you cannot choose marketing because you’re too good at it what other problem can you help people so I would help people play the game of chess because I’m pretty good at it and

I truly feel I can help some youngsters etc and I truly feel that your brain develops much better if you understand mind games like chess and then the game goes you know that’s also very good so I would probably start doing that and that that’s a huge opportunity because lots of people would like to develop different areas of their brain while playing games that are you know more brain focused okay.

Now let’s uh let’s see where we are at okay now we’re going to talk about how we’re going to do this okay we’re going to talk about how we’re going to do this so how do you do product packaging I’m just going to give you one idea there are hundreds of different ideas I’m just gonna give you one idea product packaging what is product packaging

Product packaging is when you take any product that is commoditized or something in the market that that is just an everyday product and you create a package around it that beats every other competition in the market even if they’re priced lower than you even if you are new in the market and they’ve been established forever okay and you can do it in a very short while just by focusing on the problem so how do you do that don’t compete on price and try to
Be the cheapest be the most expensive without seeming expensive okay.

So what problem does your customer want to solve what are the core objections of the crawl problems that prevent them from solving that problem prevent them from buying whatever products service solution etc that you think about that that is there in the market and using these objections you create your package and your package alone will not only solve the problem but will probably sell
Which sell itself as well okay sell itself without needing you to follow up 100 times and things like that okay and these solutions you can use to overturn objection increase perceived value etc okay

So for example if I was in the market I’d take this image from decathlon’s website okay decathlon’s website where they have these exercise bands, okay and they sell for 1400 rupees or roughly 20 dollars okay 20 to 1400 rupees and uh if I were to sell this okay I would face two or three objections the biggest objection would be hey can I find some can I find this somewhere cheaper can I find this cheaper somewhere okay that is the first thing the second thing is hey man I’ll take this home but I would really prefer to go to a gym because you know there’s no space in my house I don’t know how to use it I don’t know all the workouts.

You know can I use this one band for different muscle groups I want to build big shoulders I want to build big lats I want to stretch my body I want to get rid of my back pain whatever can I can this band help me okay I don’t really have the time to work out some people do just not exercise people so they’ll obviously say I don’t have the time to work out and some people say well you know I don’t know where I’ll keep it etc okay what if it breaks.

What if I end up not uh not being able to use it or not is not liking it okay so these are the little objections we’re gonna build into the product and create a package and we’re gonna sell it for more expensive than the most expensive player okay but we’re gonna seem the cheapest how are we gonna do it what we’ll do is we’ll add a door anchor to it, okay door anchor, to it for 2000 rupees which can help keep your door

Apart and and and uh embed this thing in the door so you can actually do not only push-ups but also pull-ups using this one exercise band, okay the door anchor is 2000 rupees or 30 dollars how do you set it up how do you use this little thing you use this little band to do all kinds of exercises for all your different muscle groups, okay all your different muscle groups will include a book or a manual or a cd, okay we’ll include a free app or some videos or a

Video cd which has all kinds of workout regimens that you can do starting from 20 minutes a day to two hours a day okay and that is worth a hundred dollars okay which is seven thousand rupees because hey man if you hired a gym trainer they would charge you probably seven thousand rupees in the first month itself and it would take you three months before you were able to master only one of their workout sessions so that means you would have to pay that gym trainer at least

For a year in order to master all the different kinds of sessions that we are giving to you over here in your free app okay and uh if you don’t have time or schedule we’ll give you pre-written workouts that come in the box, okay all you do is open them and there are the cheat sheets that you can use with a pen and paper and follow along workouts, okay we’ll give you a five-year warranty that’s worth two hundred dollars right there or ten thousand rupees or

Something okay and we’ll give you hassle-free returns seven days free look period and the shipping cost we will absorb which is twenty dollars, okay so we are giving you 300 400 worth of value with these 20 products and this whole box which includes all of these we’re going to sell for 100 which is 7 000 rupees okay now imagine that you produce this during the lockdown or post lockdown phase when people are the people who are health junkies or gym junkies uh you

Know I am one I’m waiting for my society gym to open I’ve been written to you know society management dave and please open I will come at five o’clock total social distancing and all that right so so for the gym junkies what’s going to happen is they get an opportunity when the society jam or the commercial gyms are closed they get an opportunity to keep up their physical health which they have not been able to keep up in the

The last four or five months okay and if they’re getting worried and you know sometimes in puna where I live the rains are still continuing so it’s very difficult to go out running it’s very difficult to follow any kind of cycling routine or anything because it’s raining all the time right but if you give somebody an option that for 7000 rupees this whole package will take care even if there was another lockdown for three months your health would be protected

Okay the package suddenly becomes solid okay so what am I doing I’m solving a deep problem and including all kinds of variables in it and giving it as one package to make the decision easy for the customer okay to make the decision easy for the customer this is one income this is one skill that everybody, whether you’re a corporate professional whether you’re certified professional like a doctor lawyer chartered accountant or you, are a

You know you are what you call a small business owner you need to start wondering in your mind how can I utilize my knowledge or my existing product or my existing service into creating a package that can go out into the market and I can charge my rates to the kind of customers that I want instead of going after the wrong kind of customers and getting mental stress in the process I can choose my customers I can

Choose my pricing I can still make a tidy profit without you know without stretching myself to the limits okay now what is the next one so in in in you’ll see me in the group when I put up the videos and all these we keep talking about the lean startup so I thought I’ll just give you a brief uh idea about it I read this idea in a long in a book long back so I’ve created my own version of it but I still call it the lean startup in respect to that book which was called the lean startup.

So I like to give them the credit for putting this idea in my mind although my whole model is kind of slightly different from what they mentioned in that book okay so it consists of something called a message which is what problem you’re going to solve for people okay if I was the owner of this health shop health store or the one that was sold

In this exercise band I would like to say that I have been I help people take care of their health even at home within four by six spaces even during the lockdown even during the rains when their gyms are closed and they have no other option to take care of their health I help them do that okay and the moment I say that you know it connects to people who know that this is different from a gym because my gym is closed this is different from

You know a yoga teacher I could actually go even more specialized you know I could say I help people take care of their health using dynamic stretching tensile stretching and dynamic compression using little tools that we will either deliver to you or you can find in your house and within a period of 20 minutes a day, you will be able to um you will be able to get your cholesterol down by as much as 20 percent of what it was during the lockdown level.

If you have no space even if it’s raining outside even if your gym is not open and even if you don’t have access to a trainer and we ensure that we will provide you every single thing right to your doorstep so you don’t need to think twice and all the objections are out of your way all you need to do after that is make sure you wake up at six o’clock in the morning and spend 20 minutes, okay that’s It that is the message okay.

Then we have an outreach program which gets the attention of people and you know gets us in in contact with them and then we have something called a back office or a business house which creates all these product packages and delivers them to the customer okay now how is it that you can use this if you’ve never thought about entrepreneurship or sales or marketing how is it that you can reposition using this high-income skill which I believe everybody should learn in the market today.

Because i see so again like I said I had the privilege to build a lot of my career for 12 15 13 years in us and I’ve got to learn a lot and then you know when I see Indian business owners they don’t think laterally they’re just stuck to their products and they say well my product is not selling so let’s trash that product and let’s get into the business of selling sanitizers and masks yeah.

people don’t understand the basics and then they’re getting hurt and then they want to uh you know change their product line and all that’s not going to work okay you need to understand the high-income skill sets okay similarly if you’re a corporate professional you need to understand how to present and position yourself in a way that somebody who is either hiring an employee or a contractor or a service

The provider is able to make that decision and choose you every single time even if you are the most expensive player in the market even if you have no credentials even if you have no history of doing business okay now what is the ten thousand-hour rule was created by this guy called Malcolm Gladwell who wrote a beautiful book called the outliers I would highly recommend you

Read it he says that to become he analyzed all the top people in every business and he said the people who have 10 000 hours worth of 10 000 hours worth of uh effort put in any single direction they become world-class the top one percent off the top one percent and some of the people that were uh that were analyzed were people like bill gates, yeah and they said well bill gates become a billionaire at 30 or something because he was lucky no he was not lucky

When people were busy doing other things he was actually sneaking into his college where they had a computer and he was paying you to know he would pay off the attendant and actually sit at the computer and learn coding 12 hours the night every single day seven days a week, okay and then he would run off at six o’clock in the morning because you know he didn’t want to be caught over there so he didn’t have access to a computer were very rare

But 365 days of the year he would go and learn to code he taught himself coding at you know working 12 hours in the night and all the first ever off day that he took was after he was 30 years old yeah after he was 30 years old he took his first day off day even after he founded Microsoft he was working seven days a week okay so 10 000 hours okay now let’s just do some uh calculations over here if you were to

Spend 10 000 hours okay you actually spend annual working hours about two thousand you spend about two thousand hours a year at work so that means if you were to spend ten thousand hours that means it would take you five years to become good at any of these skills which could be high-income skills so what does that mean does that

Mean that you are basically relegated to your current situation because five years is such a long time right yeah such a long time how many of you think five years man that’s too long I can’t take a risk with something that is five years away right just write too long in the comments box and I’ll give you another little nugget okay another little nugget the 1000 hour rule says that to be able to

Provide a chargeable product or service you have to put in 1000 hours to be able to put a chargeable product or service in the market you need to be good at it enough so that you put so that you can do it in 1000 hours okay now this is starting from scratch if you have no prior knowledge of that area so let’s just go back into the uh into the calculator so now I’m talking about 1000 hours another rule of

Thumb you spend approximately 200 hours every month working every month okay 200 hours a month so that means how many months is it okay how many months is it months we are talking about thousand by 200 is about five months okay it’s about five months so how do we break this down if you are working the magic number is 70 hours a week that’s what Mark Cuban says the billionaire mark Cuban he says if you work 70 hours a week it would

Take you approximately 13 weeks or exactly three months, okay to achieve this result so 13 into 7 is approximately 1 000. okay okay approximately one thousand okay so it would take you three months to become chargeable now to become bill gates it will take you you know five years or whatever it is to become steve jobs in any one area of you know of of

Of your choosing, okay but in three months you can create an income level or uh you know a chargeable service in the market okay now for three months working 70 hours a week while you’re doing a job or your current business or something is not possible yeah if you think that’s not possible that’s like too hard just write too hard in the comments box, okay so I have some good news for you what you do is what I would recommend you do is

Okay you start utilizing you start journaling or writing down what your current skill sets that you don’t need to develop you have certain skill sets that you don’t need to develop yeah so so you save a lot of time over there because the core skill set to develop a core skill set it takes a lot of time then you have something called the projection skill set okay so core skill

Sets core skill sets then you have something called a projection skill set which basically means for example in our community I talk a lot about selfie videos if you start video journaling and all that skill set is going to be very useful for you because the only two skill sets which are going be uh surviving the test of time one is coding and one is doing video marketing

Selfie video okay projection skill set that you’ll need to develop the third thing is the power of an environment you learn faster if you’re in an environment in an environment which encourages that sort of learning which is why people like to go to a gym and hire a trainer because the speed of development is increased 10x yeah so if you put yourself in an environment and if you uh table down your core skill sets and to develop your projection skill sets you

Allocate constructive time than the 70 hours into 13 weeks can be broken down can be compressed down to a minimum I’m talking about the minimum of 30 hours a week for 13 weeks which is exactly three months okay so in three months working 30 hours a week you can create what I call a six-figure income which is in addition to whatever else you’re doing right now okay now i

Actually, mention over here it’s the rule of sunnah it’s my rule which technically it’s not my rule I stole it, yeah there is a very well-known fact if you read on youtube go to the internet you know do some googling in any 90-day period you can create a totally different life in any area of your life you can be a totally different kind of a parent totally different kind of a spouse you can be super healthy even if you started from like 200 pounds overweight you can

Become you can change your financial status by making changes in your habits and your outlook that that healthy financial habits and healthy financial outlook if you start a new skill set you can totally master it like learning the guitar etc if you spend those 30 hours a week for 13 weeks okay and the start of frat community is all about sales and marketing so I encourage that you think about creating a six-figure income in 13 weeks a lot of

Our students have done that and you’ll see the stories and you know see some of the uh interviews and all that I do with students here and there uh you know in your feed but that is uh you know that so I basically stole that saying it takes 90 days okay how much is it gonna take it’s gonna take approximately thousand hours that’s comes from mark Cuban and basically that’s what your package is that’s what

Your package is okay so how do we start utilizing our time to get in this direction how do we start utilizing time to get in this direction yeah if this information has been useful to you so far just write super solid in the comments box okay now uh what’s up Ritu Sachin glad to see you

Guys here man glad to see you guys okay now all righty now where are we okay so what you got to start doing is you got to start looking at your time okay you have one fuel which is free and that is time and focus is a free fuel okay it’s free fuel so what you start doing is you start

Compressing your time into long periods of focus that is outside your work life outside your family life and all okay probably you have to get up earlier probably to sleep later or whatever it is probably in your lunch break in your office you go outside your office spend some time in your car you know you know just whatever and spend some time and there should be some concerted time which could be one hour two hours or three hours and large

Chunks which you spend on developing your new skill sets okay what are the high impact tasks let me tell you the story of this calling and meeting prospects, yeah calling and meeting prospects very early on in my career I had to learn sales and marketing and then somebody told me the easiest way to learn saying that marketing without quitting a job is to start doing something in multi-level marketing yeah

Start doing something in multi-level marketing so I got an Amway distributorship yeah I got an Amway distributorship and then what I would do is in the middle of my job in the lunch time I would go I didn’t have a car at that time I would go and I would go into an std booth and I would call people saying hey man would you like to come to my meeting I’ve got a business idea etc and I would spend one hour every day doing that I would spend one hour every

A day doing that I would call either call people or I would meet people I’d say hey man I’m over here at this hospital you know if you can meet me in the cafeteria we’re working on something that would be of interest to you, yeah so I developed that skill set during my lunch time it took me about 30 days I got rid of all my fear of calling people I got rid of all my fear of answering questions objections what is this is this MLM etc right so I did

All of that okay that was my first uh foray into sales and marketing that was my first foreign to say somebody said hey man if you can’t quit your job and you can’t afford a coach and you can’t afford to go to an MBA school or if and if you can’t afford to change your job and take marketing as a subject you know you know as an employee then this is what you got to do it takes no money and all it takes is guts so I said okay let’s do it calling and meeting

Prospects were one of the things okay skill building is another thing large and complex problem solving is another thing these are high impact things that you should dedicate your time to what are low impact things okay useless things like pointless meetings and phone calls you know just friends and relatives calling all day long for no reason and then just spending 10 minutes with everybody on the phone is a totally useless waste of time okay checking your

Email checking your WhatsApp you know waiting I’ve told that guy the electrician is going to come tomorrow in the morning till the election comes I’m not going to move and all of those things okay so uh and in business, if you’re obsessing over useless things like all this website side and all low impact tasks okay so these are the things that will waste your time now I have something for you over here which I’m gonna give you and then you can uh you know you can cycle this back to me okay.

This comes from inside our community inside our premium community which is called the startup launch program we use this uh you have let us say first of all calculate your hourly rate okay what is your hourly rate let’s say your annual salary is eight lakh rupees your hourly rate is divided that by the golden figure of
2000 okay that’s 400 rupees.

If your monthly salary let’s say you can do it by monthly salary 70 grand then your hourly rate is let’s say roughly 350 rupees okay now every 400 rupee label is attached to every hour that you spend outside of your job and outside of basic family stuff if you spend an hour playing with your kids every day that’s great okay.

If you spend an hour eating your food and all that’s great but outside of the basics, every hour of yours has this 400 rupee tag attached okay now what are you gonna do to improve your hourly rate from tomorrow, okay what you do is you figure out what the high-impact tasks are going to be for you and you start spending at least half an hour to an hour on them okay so this was week one this was your schedule okay let me color that for you.

Let me color that for you that’s your current schedule you wake up you have breakfast you take a walk you get ready you head to the office then you spend time at the office then you commute home then you relax then you watch tv you have kids family dinner work on the laptop relax tv sleep okay this is your current day now what you’re going to do is you’re going to change that you’re going to start changing that an hour at a time okay.

You’re going to wake up 30 minutes early and then you’re going to read a book this is in the first week this is the only change you’re going to make okay and this book is not going to be some fiction and all Sydney Sheldon and all it’s going to be related to what skill set you to want to build okay. where can you find all this information etc?

you can get a book you can get a course you can go take youtube premium
And follow some influencers and all who have the information that you need
in week number three what you do is you keep this constant the book is already here but you’re going to add something more to it what you’re going to do is instead of all this relaxation time and all this watching tv and all of this stuff which is an artificial need you don’t really need all that you don’t need to relax yeah it’s all the noise in your brain.

What you need to do is you need to start working on what kind of product line you’re going to launch in the market if I were to tell you that the universe is going to give you all the help you need and all the information you need and all of that and at the worst case scenario I’m going to give you my email at the end of this if nobody helps you you can always email me.

I’ll email you back here product line you’ve got to think about the product line okay you got to make this a clear intention in your brain that in 90 days you’re gonna have your product line ready and go to market in 90 days you’re gonna have your product ready and go to market okay so you’re gonna spend an hour a day only thinking and writing down about what are the different things you can do and how you can solve a problem using a product packaging trick that.

I just taught you five minutes back okay then week four the read a book and all that is already here the product line is already here then what you’re going to do is you’re going to start doing something else like a selfie video of the day or you’re going gonna go to your Facebook and then start building some following or something like that okay that’s what you’re gonna do or there may be other
Things.

if you’re a small business owner you already know how your channel marketing and all of those things work so you’re gonna spend an hour thinking and planning your new foray with your new product line okay that’s how you change your habits week by week now what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna give you a link to this google sheet and I want you to fill this out for the next four weeks okay week by week how you’re going to change your habits and increase the net worth of your time by cutting out all the useless time and putting constructive stuff over there.

so let’s go back to the PowerPoint okay okay and then we’re gonna do one more thing okay two things I’m gonna give you and then if you follow through I’m gonna give you some gifts okay.

First of all, time commit to cleaning up your time the sheet I just showed you I walked you through it’s available at startup fray. club forward slash time to okay time to because there are other sheets also startupfrat.club/time to that’s the link you hit it’ll take you to that google sheet you can download let me just show you how that works uh where the google sheet is let me just open it and then the browser window.

So, I can show you okay you go to this google sheet request access you know I’ll provide I’ll open up the access right after this call the sheet will open up and then you can start utilizing it, okay then you can start utilizing it now what is the second thing you’re going to do is you’re going to put a stake in the ground and you’re going to fill out a form okay. You’re going to fill out a form what form is that it’s you it’s available at startupfry.com forward slash seek let me just show you how that looks okay start afraid. club forward slash seek let me just see that also as a sharing violation or something dot club flower slash seek okay.

Let me just show you how this looks okay you’re going to put in your name your
email address what is the number one reason you joined this workshop etc once you put in your name there’s a second page to it you press next and it will again this one is saying request edit access because I just cleaned the cache in my browser but I will make it all publicly accessible and all of that just fill that out when you fill that form the input comes into me okay you fill That form.

The input comes into me I can see it there’s only if you’re the super serious kinds okay so then I’ll allocate some time to help you out okay if you’ve done both these things if you’ve allocated your time this is your personal thing you can download that sheet save as XLS and all that save it and once you’ve cleaned up your time you know you you’ve planned out the time that is your personal information keep it to yourself.

Once you put a stake in the ground and you fill out this form that says this is the thing I want to do and these are the number of hours that I’m gonna put every week guaranteed okay that’s what it asks you what is the problem you want to solve how many hours do you want to build a business out of it okay startupfry.com forward slash seek okay fill that form then email me say I fill out the form I have my timesheet okay.

What are we gonna do next okay now email me at startupfrat.com and then I will give you some free gifts in response I’ll give you some free gifts, okay. So, that is it for the training today let me just see if I have something left out in the mind map and I will share the mind map as well for you so we did history repeats ten thousand hour rule one thousand hour rule your environment yeah environment okay this is the environment they start afraid hangout make sure I put videos two or three times a day make sure you like and comment okay.

Why because if you don’t like and comment Facebook will stop showing you this stuff Facebook will stop showing there’s way too much stuff to show you and Facebook doesn’t have the time and you don’t have the time so they only put friends and family first and then they put the most access the most interactive content so if you interact with the content then you’re all set okay.

Your action plan is you got to go to startupfry.com time to start a fat dot club for slash seek and then you email okay startupfrat.com, okay this one is not clubbed this is a dot-com okay sarahfat.com that’s your action item for the day, okay if you have any questions or something I’ll be happy to answer them in the comments box hey name nice to see you my friend nice to see you okay.

How Rich Are Getting Richer Even in Slowdown?

How Rich Are Getting Richer Even in Slowdown?

Hey there this is Rajat here from Startup Frat today I want to talk about are the rich getting richer why am I going to talk about it because I watched a news article that had some very interesting information on it and I want to share that with you and then I want to share my thoughts around that.

So, question number one is even if the rich are getting richer through time or in the past or in the present how does it affect us you know you may be somebody who may be thinking well you know we just went through a slowdown lockdown whatever and you know I ended up I did not end up losing my job. so, I’m safe I just want to chill and relax why should I worry about the rich getting richer because it does not affect me okay.

We’re going to talk about a couple of very interesting economic phenomena I’ll teach you how to link economic news with your personal well-being and by the end of this video you’ll have a very crystal-clear idea of when you see people talking about stuff. When you see things in the newspapers how do you predict the financial future and how do you position yourself rightly.

So, there will be probably another couple of classes after this. So, this would be a two-to-three-part master class so make sure that you like and comment on your takeaways from this video at the end. Because if you don’t then the algorithm may not show you future videos. So, let’s get started recently I read about this uh news during the lockdown there was something that the US government did which was called quantitative easing quantitative easing.

Which is uh you know in the western country they have a lot of welfare schemes. They want to give a lot of you know money to the people who probably need it during the slowdown. They’re out of a job they cannot afford their health care. So, you know if you remember Donald Trump was giving out social security cheques to people and they have a social security system but in addition to that, they were you know building out a lot of money to the people who needed it.

Amazing stuff that happens in the western world yeah. Now what happens is that uh at certain points in time because of the intensity of this financial uh you know shock that the government took uh what they needed to do with it they actually ran out of money and they said Well we need to print more money in order to support these welfare causes or whatever it is right.

So, they ended up actually printing dollars okay and these dollars are always being printed or the rupees for example any currency any country keeps on printing currency. Now and again but the currency has to be the amount of currency in circulation is a direct proportion to the amounts of goods and services that currency supports. So, for example, if you know the US dollar can buy a lot of things around the world, and thus the strength of us dollar or the number of US dollars in circulation is directly proportional to how much of products and services that country supports.

Similarly, Indian rupees a lot of things are not a lot of things globally are not traded in Indian rupees. So, the value of the Indian rupee kind of represents the amount of value that it brings to the table among all the different currencies. Now US dollar is not the only not the strongest currency in the world. But you know the number of uh it is the currency of choice. So, if you ever go international, if you’re carrying dollars on your prediction they’ll be accepted in every country of the world on top of that oil okay.

The number one most valuable resource is on which wars are fought and things like crude oil are traded in us dollars. So, it makes it a very important currency. So, what happens is that whatever happens to the dollar impacts every other country on the planet regardless of whether you like it or not yeah. So, what they did was assuming that they had eighty dollars in circulation they ended up printing another twenty-five percent more thus they printed another twenty percent dollars or twenty dollars for every eighty dollars that were existing, and today out of every hundred dollars that it exists on the planet 20 were printed last year.

Because US government says I need more money in order to supply you know all of the people who need it which primarily means the poor people’s social welfare right. So, I need more money from the federal reserve which is the central bank that prints more money. Now this money is being printed in excess which basically means it does not reflect the number of goods and services that are available.

If there was a lot of invention a lot of industrial growth, uh you know and there’s a lot more products and services in the market then probably a lot of dollar printing would support that, but this dollar printing was unsupported which basically means, what did you learn in your startup launch program? If your part of the startup university is all business is a function of demand and supply okay.

All business is a function of demand and supply okay. So, because there are not a whole lot of the products and services in circulation are not expanding yeah. The demand for dollars is less yes the poor need the money to afford health care but in general, the products and services have not expanded the money has expanded.

What does that mean? What does that make the value of money with regard to products and services? Money is actually overprinted which basically means everything else which is products and services in the market will cost more. So, the money loses value okay. Every time there’s an excess of money in circulation money loses value yeah. Remember when an economy is growing everything is becoming more expensive why because more money reaches tier one and tier two cities people’s salaries expand and in the bargain the cost of multiplex decades the cost of cars motorcycles cost of eating out everything increases over time liquor beer and everything right.

So, what happened was these twenty dollars were printed in excess that means if you were the holder of these eighty dollars or rupees or whatever so if you were like me you know uh last year you know business was decent there was not a whole lot of losses etc so you thought okay. I’m immune thank God you know I got saved from the coronavirus slowdown I have not had a financial impact etc.

Then what happens is you suddenly realize that your money today is worth 25 less than it was yesterday which means when you go out to spend it in the market you will be able to afford less and less of whatever good stuff it is right. Now in India specifically India is not a major producer and the major production in India happens around agriculture. So India is relatively immune today to food inflation which basically means the food prices have not gone up.

But if you look at global commodities things that require raw materials from abroad things that require the things that actually are coming from abroad like oil for example oil prices are going high oil prices are growing high the crude oil prices have grown 10 to 15 from the middle of the lockdown last year to today okay. Even they’re touching actually last year’s high and all that and inclusive all the taxes and all petrol is touching 100 bucks.

Now that affects you directly okay. Think about other things that where the raw materials are coming from abroad you have car production motor vehicles the price of motor vehicles are going on increasing although the value of motor vehicles is decreasing okay. There are fewer people traveling today fewer people getting out of the house a lot of people working from home.

If you go out onto the road you will see 30 to 40 percent less traffic today than existed before the lockdown. But motor vehicle prices today are 25% more expensive you look at any car today is 15 to 25% more expensive than they were yesterday, especially newer cars coming in and all these different foreign brands like Kia and all that. You see every car today you know every decent car is upwards of 10-15 lakhs all the SUVs are upwards of 24-25 lakhs and that was not the case 15 to 18 months ago right.

So, because of this demand-supply mismatch what happens is that the price of everything goes up which is point number one okay. It’s written over here your money is worth less 25 less by 25 your money is worth less by 25 okays. Now you may say okay let us talk about America the poor the people who got handed all that newly printed money for social welfare you know health care social security etc have more money so the prices go up.

How does it matter the poor and middle class are well taken care of right? The poor and middle class are well taken care of well news flash the news item that I read that basically boggled my mind was in the last eight months which is between June and February of this year between June 2020 and February of this year. What has happened is that 14 out of 20 dollars were printed as 74 of all of this money that was newly printed for social welfare.

14 out of these 20 dollars printed have now found themselves in the hands of uh billionaires which means the worth of billionaires has grown well the poor and middle class is still where they are okay. So, what they say is that quantitative easing or the money printing and the money given out to the poor and middle class in the US also affects us. Because the US dollar circulation actually impacts the price of everything else globally yeah.

So, we talk about the US but remember it’s also affecting you yeah. Because petrol is 100 bucks today. So, what happens is that the money comes into the hands of the poor and middle class okay. What are the poor and middle class doing today? They go out into the market and they buy essentials like groceries and services like health care services and things like that. And who are the people who are supplying those services in the market today it’s all the big industrialists the big industries etc yeah?

Now before you start saying you know all the big people are looting the poor people it’s not like that. Let me give you a quick example there are three types of people in the world. People who sell their time for money are okay. Then there are people who create products and services okay. You who use their time to create products and services and sell them for money okay. so they have a little more control this category has a little more control than the first category.

Because they are able to control how much they pay for raw material and back-end services and then they’re able to control the price a little bit like the car company. They’re raising the price of the car right. So for people who create products and services and then they sell them for money now what happens is who are these people the corporate employees yeah, the people who sell their time for money corporate employees regardless of what your rate is yeah.

You may be paid 5 lakhs a month 10 lakhs a month whatever it is it doesn’t matter you’re selling your time for money okay. Then there are people who are you know who are basically creating products and services these are the small business owners yeah. The small business owners or they’re sourcing the products let’s say a grocery or a chemist the small business owner they source the products from somewhere and then they sell it right and that’s how they make their margins.

So, the scale actually determines how much money they make, and then there’s a third type of person. The people who create business systems. What are these business systems these people create organizations or processes which basically figure out how to create Products, which figure out how to sell products, and which figure out how to deliver products okay?

We figure out how to create products which figure out how to sell products and we figure out how to deliver products. Now, what are these products look at big billionaire amazon okay? They figured out how to source anything that you want from every corner of the globe at a price that is cheaper than your Kirana Wala and have it home delivered to you within 48 hours from anywhere around the globe okay.

So, they have figured out how to create or source products they figured out how to sell products to you. This means today Amazon is the go-to place for choice for buying anything that is related to household items or electronics or whatever right. Then they figured out how to deliver it over to you so that they are the supplier of choice today. If any money gets released into the market and it goes into anybody’s hands whether it goes into a poor person’s hand, a rich person’s hand, middle-class person’s hand at the end of the day it’s gonna sooner or later find itself with amazon right.

So let’s later find itself with amazon. What is let’s talk about vaccines a lot of people spending a lot of money on vaccines a lot of countries buying all these vaccines the people who create the vaccines are the big industrialists who are you know adding that value to society. I’m not saying they don’t deserve it but they figured out how to add huge value to society. Now, what is the difference between these billionaires and people like the US? The difference is that they have added huge value to society and they have figured out how to package this value.

How to package this value so that regardless of whether you have food money or medicine money or whatever kind of money wherever you go out and spend it some billionaire is going to collect it from you right. They sell apparel they sell watches they sell cards they sell medicines they sell vaccines yeah all of these essentials they sell insurance all of these guys have figured out how to get into the hot markets. Hot evergreen markets and they figured out how to create value out of whatever they do and they’ve created so much value that 14 out of every 20 dollars printed will reach their pocket sooner or later this time.

It’s done in six to eight months yeah. Now, why am I interested in this news is because the same thing happened in 2008 when I was working in a Silicon Valley company I told you right and what happened was the housing market crashed you know the money evaporated and suddenly the US government had to print loads and loads of money for the next two to three years together and after five years what happened was, they realized well all the big billionaires their net worth has increased poor and the middle class is still over there even worse.

Because there’s so much now money in the market what has happened is that the poor and middle class are now having to buy the same things more and more expensive there were countries entire countries have gone bankrupt by trying to solve their problems this way countries like Zimbabwe or country like Argentina just do some google search on how Argentina went bankrupt. Because there’s so much money being printed uh to solve a crisis that very soon the money had no value it had no value left-right.

Now, this particular problem affects all of us because like I said everything is going to get more and more expensive for us regardless of whether you live in India and you think I’m going to be immune you’re not going to be immune okay. So what is the takeaway from all of this are the industrialists bad are they evil people because they’re making vaccines for you and things like that the answer is NO. They’re not bad they’re not evil. So, what is the takeaway from all of this?

The takeaway is very simple my friend you need to figure out how to get from here or here to here okay. If you want to play in the big leagues is there ever going to be a time on the planet when there’s going to be a level playing field when everybody is going to have the same opportunities and regardless of the crisis everybody’s going to hurt equally or everybody is going to recover equally never has there been a time in history when everybody gets hurt equally or everybody recovers equally.

If you saw Schindler’s list, yeah Schindler’s list is based on a true story the person who had the money also had the power, yeah to save his own family and then hopefully also save other people’s families as well yeah. So, whoever is the smart guy or whoever has figured out the code will always be in a position where they are less immune to tragedy yeah less immune to tragedy. So how do you do this if you’re like me you must be thinking okay, I cannot be like an industrialist because I don’t have a lot of money and I don’t have a lot of business knowledge right?

I’m already 10 years into my career 20 years into my career and you know this is how it’s always going to be yeah. Let’s do the best with whatever we are doing and let’s not think outside the box yeah. So, what I’m going to do is I’m going to follow this up with two more classes how on how you can actually utilize some of the secrets of these billionaires in your current life without spending a whole lot of money and without having a whole lot of business expertise.

How you can utilize whatever you have in your mind whatever you’ve learned whatever resources you have into creating product packages where with a significant amount of footprint you can enter the market and start collecting this money and over a period of the next few years you can really expand your footprint and hopefully be in this position. If not a billionaire, then at least a millionaire right. So, at least being in this position in the next five years is probably okay and the decision needs to be taken now.

Because just as always right after the slowdown right after the tanking of the economy the best time to start putting your footprint out there. Because the market is all destroyed this is the time for the small people who can take their place and who don’t have a lot of competition and who don’t have to compete with the big brands because the big brands are also hurting somewhere or the other right.

If you’ve seen people big industrialists like Anil Ambani and all of that they’re also hurting. So, this is the time to think ahead the market is in flux all of the old business models you know they’re kind of getting hurt somewhere or the other and this is the time to take your place in the sun provided you want to be at a different place in the next slow down. There’s always going to be a next slow down every seven to 10 years yeah.

This quantitative easing that I spoke about this is the second time it’s happened after 2008 yeah so from 2008 to 2010 there was significant quantitative easing it again happened another five to six years down the line and now it’s again happened right. So these crises keep happening every seven to ten years. If you’re smart enough you will take another maybe five to ten years, uh to totally reposition yourself but the decisions need to be taken now, and uh the journey will not the take-off is not five years the take-off can be maybe a three-to-six-month period.

Which will get you repositioned and then after that, you go from there okay. So, if this interests you what I want you to do is I want you to put your comments in the comments box below and what I want you to do is watch out for the next video which will come tomorrow or the day after, and then we gonna we’re gonna go like this for the next two or three classes okay. So did you find anything valuable just let me know in the comments below and I’ll see you in the next class bye?

Tips That's Gonna Put Your Mind Thinking In The Right Direction

Tips That’s Gonna Put Your Mind Thinking In The Right Direction

Hi, there this is Rajat here from Startup Frat welcoming you to this video and I have a quick question for you. Did you see the video that I released yesterday about how to make 2020 your best year ever? Have you been wondering since then man what was this guy talking about how can you make 2020 your best year ever?

So what I spoke to you about in that video is whenever you go into a new year you gotta start looking at the old year and learn from its mistakes and implement them faster that does not mean to say that. I’m going to tell you a man now makes 2021 your best year. Know how you make 2020 your best year ever. How do you make 2020 your best year ever let us look at some past history and then I’m gonna give you a couple of hints that’s gonna put your mind thinking in the right direction?

Then I’m gonna give you a couple of resources and then I’m gonna give you the information of where you can find the rest of the hacks that you can use for yourself. Where you can find the rest of the hacks, let’s go back to this time. This time was called the agrarian age this was the time when our species of cavemen kind of came out of the caves.

Then they started they learned how to farm they learned how to grow their own food they learned how to grow it from the land and they got control over their food okay it was the first time in the history of our homo sapiens evolution that man or woman had got control over the food supply. Otherwise, they were basically hunter-gatherers and stone-age people who would just go into the forest.

You know kill like an animal or something or they were foragers they would just you know survive on fruits that they would find in the trees and if sometimes they ate something poisonous then that would be finite man buy. So, for the first time, they figured out how to grow safe food that they could have a predictable supply of, and that changed the whole game. That was the agrarian age the agrarian age put an end to the caveman or cave woman.

Caveman boom done finite end of the caveman not required. If there were people who chose to say I still want to live in the cave days they were not very much better off because the dangers were higher life expectancy was less than 20 years and things like that. The agrarian age life expectancy was higher and the safety was their people got organized into societies some people killed the land and other people protected them.

So, they became the soldiers, and then there were people who organized the whole thing they became the kings or whatever it is right that was the agrarian age then came the industrial age. What was the industrial age it was the age of mass production yeah people realized that? Now all of this agrarian stuff is their food is in surplus quantity. So, we got control of our food so food is in the surplus quantity that frees up a lot of people to do other things.

What are these other things first of all to figure out how to fight less because there are a lot of soldiers lots of armies just fighting among themselves? Let’s just stabilize all of that okay then there were people who came up who said I’m going to build a factory that produces stuff and I’m going to employ people and then there were people who said I’m going to work in those factories.

So, the employer-employee scenario industrial age was the employer-employee scenario right employer an employee scenario started with the industrial age okay now what happened was the industrial age effectively put an end if not to the farmer but definitely to the financial aspects of the farmer so if you were a farmer and you said I don’t want to get educated, I don’t want an MBA I don’t want a technical degree I don’t want to be a doctor, lawyer, whatever.

I just want to farm just let me be I’m chilled out okay. So, in the industrial age what happened was these people went ahead these people kind of became more prosperous over time. If you’re technically a sound person, even if you’re like a foreman or like a technical mechanic or something in one of these factories you pretty much made more money than a farmer right.

You had control over your food grain because you had the salary. So, if you have a salary you know you can buy food with it at any point in time. So, it became less an issue of actually growing the food but of actually having the paycheck to be able to buy the food right. The industrial age put an end to the age of the farmer although there were people still farming. but that’s fine they were less well to do than the employer’s employees doctors, lawyers, etc.

Then came the age off then came the information age okay. So, people who are the geek people who could do computer stuff, people who could do data stuff, and people who could aggregate information, and make it usable to the rest of society became the big guns of today. People like you know Infosys Narayan Murthy even a lot of employees in Infosys who had a stake in Infosys right.

People who were you know the geeks like Mark Zuckerberg you know could make the information he could collect information and make it usable for the society you have you have Google collect information to make it usable to society people like that they became the rich guys. If you were dealing in information, you are better off than not only the farmer you are better off than the employee and the employer. Even the factory owners of yesterday yeah.

So, if you see um, you know I came out with a medical degree, and then I worked with lots of factory owners. When I changed my profession, I worked with lots of factory owners in the Pimpri Chinchwad area which is an industrial hub of Pune and I got to see them very closely and things like that and I would do sales consulting for them. Which was I would basically get export orders for them from abroad? So got to work with them very intimately and you know I saw that you know they were definitely doing better than uh you know than the farmers.

Some of them are doing better than the doctors and lawyers is why I chose to be in the industry and later I got the chance to work with and grow a company across three continents. Which was into information. It was essentially something called a b2b data company and for an eight-year period, we were able to start that company, grow that company, and sell that company for 500 Cr rupees close to about that amount in eight years.

This thing was the big game, it easily beat any of the factory owners that I knew even the ones who were worth 100 crores and all of that yeah in eight years we were able to surpass everything in life yeah so what I realized was one of the very important lessons that I realized was that it does not pay to be in the wrong age. This means if you’re living in the information age let us say 2010, 2020 whatever.

It is if you’re living in the information age and you’re doing something that belongs to a previous age okay you’re not gonna win you’re not going to win. If you’re a farmer in the industrial age, if you’re a farmer in the information age you’re not going to win. Similarly, if you’re an employee, you’re an MBA, hotshot vice president, director Saab, or you know you’re a doctor, lawyer, chartered accountant, and you’re playing in the information age life will be good.

You will survive you will have a house car etc. But you will not win this game okay. The worst part is a lot of my friends used to say I don’t want to win the game, I just want to be chilled out man, I just want to be comfortable right. That’s fine you don’t want to pay the price for something up ahead that is fair, except that the game is changing. So that you will be forced to pay some price or the other.

The lockdown is taught as that the lockdown and the slowdown is not is that that if you do not evolve this battle is gonna find you at your home you don’t need to go out to battle this battle is gonna find you at your home, my friend. So, where am I going with this where am I going with this would you agree with me. If I said that the agrarian age became obsolete as soon as there was a surplus and oversupply of food grain.

The relevance of a farmer pretty much got over as soon as this even it was excess and oversupply of food grain that governments would actually stockpile it for you know 30 40 percent of their annual supply the age of the farmer was over okay similarly in the industrial age if you look at stuff this stuff the whole world is loaded with stuff the oceans are swimming in plastic right. The whole world is loaded with more stuff than you will ever need to look at around your home loaded with clutter probably 40 percent of the stuff you have in your house you haven’t touched in the last six months.

You haven’t utilized 40 off your clothes, you haven’t read 40 of the books. If you have three cars in the family chances are one of those three is rarely ever used or driven at all right. So, we have an oversupply of stuff in today’s market and the age of the employer and the employee and the engineer yeah.

It got over the moment good old amazon and good old Chinese manufacturing oversupplied this planet with stuff. The moment they oversupplied this planet with stuff the age of the employer-employee and the engineer it got over okay it’s overdone. Then you have information would you agree with me, if I told you that was fun while it lasted like first, we had the internet so we could go and kind of you know do all kinds of different things use email, etc and then you had social media man we could actually have a photo we could have a voice we could have a presence we could pretend somebody we were not yeah.

All of those cool things, so you could do all of that stuff and it was fun while it lasted would you agree with me if I said that we are cluttered loaded, and fed to the gills with all these social media with all this Youtubing with all this free information unnecessary clutter in our cell phones right. So this is the time of death of information. The information is an oversupply.

We are loaded, we can’t sleep, we can’t spend time with the families, we can’t pay attention to our kids we are loaded in. So much information is becoming difficult to sort through that information to wade through all of that information that is entering your inboxes on a daily basis. Whether from your office, whether from your friends and family what’s happening to you whether all the calls that are coming into your phone it’s becoming difficult to keep up.

My friend what we have reached officially is an oversupply and glut of information which heralds the death of the information age the end of the geek okay. Now, where am I going with this? What is the point I would like to submit to your attention that we are entering officially you can check this out on google yeah go to your social media channels to check this out?

We are entering something called the age of Aquarius. What is the age of Aquarius? The age of Aquarius has to do with self-expression it is. It doesn’t have to do with the consumption of food grain consumption or stuff consumption or information. It has to do with self-expression. What is it inside you that’s going to come out that you’re going to give to this planet? That is what is going to define this age.

Now, this forearm Startup Frat is all about Startup sales and marketing getting your products sold in the market. You know getting your company sold in the market or whatever it is right. So, you may ask me what it has to do with my product or service. Because I am in the business of being in business getting sales marketing becoming rich wealthy whatever right. So, hear me out the age of Aquarius is going to be punctuated by self-expression which means not stuff that you consume.

But the stuff that comes from inside you, so it is an age of creativity. Just like everything else, the most creative over here will win not the geeks, not the techies, not the engineers, not the employees not the doctors, and definitely not the farmers yeah. It is the people who can utilize their creativity who can create stuff that people can use that people can enjoy.

I would like to say the people who can expand the bounds of human awareness and human consciousness. What am I proposing do you need to go out and like become like some baba or something like you know one of these like the spiritual gurus or something? Now I’m not saying that although that is definitely a major possibility if you see the internet is loaded with all kinds of spiritual gurus.

So, there’s a boom in that segment also I’m not suggesting that you just quit your business and become a baba or whatever right. There was the other day I got an email saying you know half the time I don’t understand what you’re speaking because I’m a simple guy I’m an e-commerce business I have only 50 products how the hell do I sell them just tell me how I sell them right. Now I could give you a simple answer which is hey man do social media ads drive people to your products and they will buy and all of that yeah.

But if you’re like me and you’re a business person you’re realizing that a lot of that stuff is not working anymore yeah, or the last year or something a lot of that stuff is not working anymore a lot of this Facebook ads and all that driving it to your product expecting people to buy is not working anymore. So you need to get creative you need to get around it with a short answer.

If you hold on till tomorrow morning at around 10 o’clock I’m gonna put up a photo. It’s gonna be self-explanatory I’m gonna put up a photo it’s gonna be self-explanatory and if you’re into this low-ticket e-commerce item which is anything under two thousand three thousand rupees that you’re selling straight off a website. You expect people to place the order buy it etc then that picture itself will put things into perspective as to how you fit your commoditized products business into the age of Aquarius?

How do you get current with the program that is a side note? Let me tell you what the main video is about? What the main training is about? If I were to tell you that you’re not too late at this age and you’re going to get a second chance. My friend and this chance are not going to be repeated in your entire lifetime. This chance is going to happen for you in 2021 and will not be repeated in your entire lifetime. This means for another 40, or 50 years you’re not gonna see this okay.

So, what is this what is it gonna be the age of Aquarius is gonna be heralded by many different kinds of astrological aspects and all of that? I’m not an expert in these things but I’ve been watching recessions for the last 15-20 years and I’ve made a fortune in literally every recession including the 2020 lockdown.

So what I’ve been noticing is that there is a period that this corresponds to now I don’t know if you believe in this sort of stuff or not but just hear me out and check it on google for yourself. Because if it is right then you need to be ready if it’s right then you need to be ready now what’s it gonna be the age of Aquarius is gonna be heralded by some planetary planetary alignments.

One of the most pivotal planetary alignments actually happened already which was Saturn our good friend Shani in Aquarius guess which month April to June 2020 April to June 2020 you missed your chance and you missed the recession and I didn’t miss it because I’ve been waiting for this recession for the last two years. Because the economic cycles were overdue it’s not because of cover that you got the lockdown because the economic cycles were overdue the market was overinflated.

So April to June 2020 the lockdown happens or whatever happens Saturn is in Aquarius and whenever Saturn is in the age in which the age is going on the current age it heralds a cleaning out of the previous age whenever Saturn is in the current age that is starting whatever age in every age it has cleaned out the previous age finite.

So what happened from April to June 2020 my friend there were some changes that happened where the world will never go back to how it once was okay all these remote working situations aren’t going to change for a long time in fact it’s gone forever. Lots of things are going to change all of this hygiene stuff will become going to become mainstream, especially in countries like India. Where hygiene was never a priority especially for the individual person yeah.

We can expect a government to do things for us that are going to change forever okay people don’t trust each other coming into the house and all of that that is going to change forever that’s never going to go back okay. A lot of these things are never going to go back the world my friend is going to be different and meetings are going to be held on zoom and who knows maybe even dating may be held on soon yes so you know forget all those nice movie nights and all of that stuff yeah.

So, this thing is never going to go back now for nine months of 2021 which is December 2020 to March 2021 then again from July 2021 to November 2021 Saturn is again an Aquarius my friend Saturn says you guys need a second cleaning okay.

Now I’m I don’t mean to say that there’s going to be uh like another lockdown or something but that’s not what I’ve heard I’ve been reading some of these channels and it all seems to align with the economy what the economic landscape is or the economic landscape it seems to align with what the economic graphs are saying okay. So there may not be a virus or something but what Saturn is going to do is going to complete its cleaning-out process.

If you didn’t get the message last time or if you got the message but you were too late to the party you’re gonna get a full nine months of the window to reposition yourself and reposition your business get smarter about this because it’s only the smart that get rich okay. Now if you are somebody who’s been wondering how to reposition themselves for the future if you’re somebody who has been unhappy or dissatisfied with your financial position till now because I’m I represent start-up frat which is essentially about sales marketing finance business etc right.

So, how does it affect this particular topic that the reason we are in the community together okay? So, if you’ve been wondering about something like that what I want you to do is I want you to write in the comments box that you are ready to roll which is RTR the same thing I told you yesterday RTR ready to roll why I want you to do that is because if you put your comment in here then you’re going to see the photo that I put tomorrow morning that’s going to give you a good perspective.

If it’s self-explanatory then I want you to write down in the comments tomorrow what your takeaways from that photo were okay. What your takeaways from that photo were and if it is not self-explanatory then I want you to write down you know what kind of explanation you want and I will be happy to give it to you then what I want you to do is I wanted to watch out for some of the training that I’m going to scatter around this week.

Why do I do that all of this in one go is just going to confuse the hell out of you so just digest one idea if you resonate with that just write RTR in the comments box and right ready to roll you’ll see the next video coming in tomorrow or the next picture post tomorrow morning we’ll have another video tomorrow evening and another training towards the end of the week bang on the weekend okay?

Just stay tuned for all of this stuff all of these training everything are free and I’ve got some special gifts coming in for you for the new year because I want you to make the best advantage of this 2020 and 2021 and I’m going to show you case studies of people who have done this in this community okay people who have done this in this community incidentally this community was founded in April 2020.

It is founded in April 2020 and we are gonna cross two thousand twenty thousand people very soon we’re gonna cross 20000 people very soon this has been a solid year for certain people okay they say in trading it’s a zero-sum game it’s a zero-sum game okay I would like to say that this is a zero-sum game.

If a lot of people have lost a lot of businesses have lost a lot of economies have slumped some people have made their fortunes or will make their fortune in a perfectly legal ethical and moral fashion in a perfectly legal ethical and modern fashion because they will identify the opportunities, they will identify the ideas they will submit to the changes they will reposition and they will be the millionaires or tomorrow my friend they will be the millionaires of tomorrow okay.

So, if you resonate with this just write RTR watch out for the image post watch out for the future training, and at a certain point let’s figure out if you and I can work together I’ll see you bye.

Where Do You Need to Focus on Customers or Products?

Where Do You Need to Focus on Customers or Products?

Hey, there this is Rajat from Startup Frat thank you so much for all your questions comments emails, etc on our uh last video uh, and uh I have responded to some of you via email some of them you know I’ve compiled into a set of videos, etc that I’ll be rolling out over the course of the next three to five days.

Awesome so what are we going to talk about today we are going to talk about I received a bunch of questions and comments saying hey XYZ is my product okay XYZ is my product and I want to you know the market it sells it to bring it to the market whatever how do I go about doing it okay how do I go about doing it so uh I have two or three different answers for you uh usually I never give out you know quick answers.

Why because I feel that the way you think about your problems which could be you’re selling your product or whatever the way you think about it is more important than the actual solution because solutions today are changing every day in the market what worked yesterday is now working today okay and what worked the day before yesterday was anyway not working yesterday.

So the way you build your mindset around these things will help you think and bring up a solution yourself we will also recommend a couple of solutions okay so XYZ is my product how do I sell it? First of all the bad news is don’t tie yourself up to a product okay. I understand this may be hard news especially if you have invested some money, invested some effort in a product that you feel passionate about that you know you feel that the market will need and you don’t know, how to go about selling it, etc?

I’ll teach you some tips and trick techniques but broadly the market is moving so fast-changing so fast etc that if you tie yourself up to any one thing okay then you know it may be an issue just for the newer members etc just to tell you my own story I had I have a medical degree from one of India’s top most respected medical colleges and everything but when I realized back at the age of 22 23 that you know this thing is not going to work out for me.

You know my mentor at that time told me not to tie myself up to your profession, just because you have it, you have it. Do the best you at it while you’re there and if you feel you can’t do your best you know you’d rather be somewhere else. Then you know make a change. So how do we go about selling or marketing a product? Some of the approaches have changed.

I’ll just tell you, how and why some of the approaches that have changed? So we used to have a situation that was called location-based customer acquisition or access-based customer acquisition earlier. The market was very different. Imagine you have a city center okay in any city you have like the main commercial area or they cannot place or whatever you call it right. The main city center is okay this is location-based marketing.

Main city center how does it work in the main city center you have people who come there for business people who come there for you know entertainment people who come there because it’s a beautiful place etc people come to a mall etc. Now just because you have a location over there imagine you have a location you have an office a shop in one of the highest-grossing malls in the city like the phoenix market city or something.

You know phoenix is very well it’s a good mall that does well in most cities. Imagine you have a shop over there okay the customers are passing by and the people who need who are interested in your product etc, will come inside and buy it from you. The customers who want your product etc they have to they will buy it from you and the fact that you’re paying some rent some electricity some staff expense.

Usually, the flow of customers is so much that overall, you make a profit life is good. Now in this economic life is not that good because the traffic and footfall is lower and your location by itself does not guarantee that you will get footfall. Your location by itself does not guarantee you will get footfall and by location, I also mean placement I also mean access.

For example, if you have a good degree or an architect, you’re a doctor you know you’re a lawyer yeah, the degree by itself does not mean that you will get footfall you will get traffic or whatever it is right now uh because you have a business because you have a product does not mean you will get.

Why is that because demand has understood has been you know has been undercut and uh supply is higher there’s an oversupply of doctor’s lawyers’ engineers etc in this country so degree means nothing there’s an oversupply of products coming in from all over the world American products German products Chinese products Indian products so products by itself don’t mean anything.

You know businesses by themselves don’t mean anything malls by themselves doesn’t Mean anything movies by themselves don’t mean there’s an oversupply and a glut of everything okay and demand has nosedived demand has nose died so what do you do what do you do remember that the product that you have I hope that you have uh you know if it’s a commodity product anything that sells under 2000 rupees you can just you know tie-up with us.

You know a store that stocks these products and pretty much your set or amazon or whatever but if you have anything above 2000 rupees it’s not an instant decision for the Indian customer okay so here is your product okay and here is your I’ve got these two pens. Now two colors, so I don’t lose them product and here is your customer okay. Now there is no direct connection between the customer and the product.

These days because customers are overloaded with all kinds of information coming at them through tv, hoarding, advertisements, pamphlets, Facebook, social media, YouTube, etc. There is no mind space okay. Your product has but this customer had a seed inside their brain there is okay they do feel the pain.

Your product incidentally also has a seed inside it the reason you built your product or you feel passionate about your product you want to stick to your product regardless of what Cinna tells you never stick yourself to a product but you say no it is passionate. I’ve built it with some time some energy some money and it is my baby you know I’m not gonna quit it that’s fine no worries your product has a seed.

If you built it with passion, you know that it solves a problem or it buys a result okay a result now usually in traditional marketing people would go straight to customers and say this is my product buy it this is my you know people you know you say ads this is my product buy it this is my course buy it this is this thing buy it whatever.

You know amazon type ads commodity kind of ads okay that stuff isn’t gonna work anymore you can try it but broadly it’s not working anymore right. So, people are going in losses and things like that. So, what do you got to get above the problem you can’t tie a product directly to a customer but you can potentially show a correlation between the result that your product produces and the corresponding pain that it will solve for the customer?

Now pay a lot of attention because usually when I give out these uh you know these 20 minutes lectures people don’t understand it immediately but three days later they understand and then they send me a comment saying man three days later I understood okay. So pay a lot of attention your product does not exist it means nothing the customer does not exist it means nothing the only thing that exists in the new universe is result and pain okay.

Can your product produce a result that can solve the pain of somebody can solve the pain of somebody okay and then I’ll give you three little secrets today and then you watch out watch out for my video that’s gonna come tomorrow on Friday or maybe on Saturday and uh you know we will go step by step, yeah so you don’t get overwhelmed with a lot of information, okay you only focus on the result and does it solve a particular pain?

Now you outline okay this pain in as many words as if you were feeling it yourself you outline this pain in as many words as possible as if you were feeling it yourself okay and three little secrets I’m just going to read off my notes here okay. First of all first little secret don’t run after customers second little secret I don’t mind if you can’t read it that’s fine I’m reading it out for you via my mouth okay and do not start pitching products don’t pitch products okay.

What do I do assuming that you have outlined the customer’s pain that your product will solve assuming that you have outlined a customer’s pain that your product will solve you create something called an offer, okay you must have heard this word a lot you know copywriting offers etc yeah that’s what they’re talking about okay offers okay?

Now hang on and listen to me carefully in the traditional Indian business scenario in a sales scenario we used to sit in front of the customer and try every trick possible in the book to convince that customer to buy our product okay we used to sit in front of the customer if you’re a mutual fund salesman if you’re a life insurance sales guy multi-level marketer you know you’re in healthcare whatever it is you’ve probably done this.

Sales meeting

If you’re an entrepreneur who sought in b2b sales in these meetings there is one customer you’re investing all your time and then let’s say 30 minutes 40 minutes one hour and you’re trying every little trick in the book, okay to try to make that product okay try to make that product sensible to them okay sensible to them so that they buy it okay.

We’re not gonna do that what do you do with an offer, okay the offer is standing over here like a poll that’s it the offer is standing here like a poll we invest our time we make sure you know we make a good offer you know we outline this thing okay and we the offer is standing like a pole okay and instead of throwing one stone at a time at that pole we collect a bunch of customers okay.

We throw it at that pole and something hits okay eighty percent does not hit every time you collect a bunch of pebbles and throw it at a pole, okay eighty percent won’t hit eighty percent won’t hit okay but twenty percent ten percent will okay once you do that you realize oh that’s a pretty good man that’s pretty good that you know something happened yeah something happened and what you do is you pick up another fistful, okay and you throw it at the pole something will stick.

You keep redoing it and over a period of time, you will become better and better a period of time you will become better and better, okay the offer doesn’t change okay the offer is what is the offer is all the possible customer objections all the possible customer pains all the possible pricing comparisons all the possible googling, Youtubing, etc that they are going to do after they listen to you.

You’re going to build it into the offer, okay, and then the offer stands like a poll and you collect a bunch of customers throw keep throwing it at the poll and that’s about it that’s the game that is being played. That is the game that is being played well raja I understood it that’s great etc what do I do next okay.

So just watch this video okay think about what pain what all pains this product of yours solve for people who are this kind of people you know what is going on in their lives can you correlate it to something in their life etc think about all of these pains and then you wait for my next video which will provide more in-depth, uh you know insight into this problem and then probably I will create a program where you can get more of this information for yourself okay.
